He has wide white eyes that are like two bleached skulls. His silky, wavy, red hair is worn in a style that reminds you of a porcupine's quills. He is short and has an angular build. His skin is white. He has small feet. His wardrobe is complicated, and is mostly purple and black.

Background
Birthday: 4/27 Personality: It would appear on that he's just a philosophical guy who enjoys the fruits of life. This appearance is rather correct. Elliot is a man of fewer words than actions. His overall outlook on life appears to be rather optimistic, though the sort of optimism that says 'I can't go anywhere but up from here'. Thusly he'll always have a smile on. Elliot is the kind of guy who never runs out of things to say, but says very little. He only ever really goes on a tangent when it's a needed thing, and his actions will almost always be worth 1000 words.
Elliot is perfectly fine with taking a life as long as he knows that someone else will benefit from it. And not in the way that he'll kill whoever because they're bad for someone. This kid will only kill a bad person. Thusly it is not uncommon for him to try and get to know someone he wants to kill. Mid combat or otherwise. The most powerful drive to kill comes from the will to defend his younger sister. If anyone thinks that they can harm his younger sister, they are dead wrong. In every way. This is a kill switch, and it should be noted that anyone who brings his sister in a state of danger, is prepared to die and cannot deny Elliot his kill on them if he earns it. This is an actual warning.
Origin: Born in the upper class in a Metropolis, his youth was spent in great health and care. His parents were both nobles of income, hereditary land, and titles. Elliot was the older brother of a younger sister, they were pretty much inseperable despite a 3 year age difference. Around age 6 his parents were killed off by an assassin, and while he and his sister were both spared, he was taken in by a pair of slaves, who worked for his parents.
This was a turn for the worse, as Elliot and his sister were viewed as slaves just like their adoptive parents. Sent away onto the streets and forgotten, life became quite difficult. The adoptive parents didn't last that long as they put their all into making sure Elliot and his sister were alive. Around age 10, they died partially of malnutrition and partially from the beating they would receive in a freak mugging.
Because he was desperate and naive, Elliot, wanting to protect his sister and make sure she was alive, fell into a bad crowd. The bad crowd of choice, happened to be a league of assassins. He and his sister were kept fed and safe, but at the cost of having to do many chores, and being stepped on by the adults. One day, as a sort of joke and strategic point wrapped into one, Elliot was taken on a little robbery mission with an esteemed Mercenary Assassin who took whatever work the others wouldn't. This man was a killer by trade, and a thief by hobby.
Elliot was being used at this point as a pack mule for the stuff he was going to try and steal from the noble's mansion. It was a win-win situation for that Merc. If Elliot survived, he got away with the valuables and gets a bonus. If Elliot dies, no harm done, mission complete. What he didn't predict was that Elliot was a Cromwell, from the family he thought didn't have kids he killed a few years back. This was a key point to him failing the mission when he bragged to Elliot about how he killed the Cromwell nobles, he could kill Elliot. Elliot was a master of passive aggression, and thusly he appeared to make subtle 'lapses of judgement' and just so happened to alert every guard in the mansion to his position.
Elliot wasn't stupid, though, he made sure he has some valuables and made his own escape. He quickly eluded the guards, who were distracted by the Merc, and made it back to base with a sack full of jewels. This impressed a miss Catarina Nightshade, known locally as a monster-lady and as the strongest assassin in the league. She was once a Zoldyck, but she'd decided to leave that family and use her talents for the more simple tasks, and rake in loads of money.
Catarina was definitely a scary woman, but she was strangely nice to Elliot. She took him under her wing, and offered protection to him and his sister if he'd agree to become her pupil, and learn the arts of assassination. He was around 12 at the time. Elliot would more than agree, needing to feel socially accepted and feeling that becoming an assassin would help him do that. Using the money he earned from the valuables he'd stolen, he would help his sister more than himself. This further impressed Catarina, who by that point was very much like a close personal friend. A bit of a creeper, possibly a closet pedophile, but a close personal friend.
Over the next 3 years, Elliot learned the arts of assassination from Catarina. This was happening at an astounding rate, his body's talent for it was actually in the top tier. If he'd have continued at this rate, he would be sent to kill Hunters in no time. When she would bring up that he was curious as to what a hunter was. He would then hear the benefits of it, and he would immediately request for a leave. All the killing he'd been told to do was leaving a bad taste in his mouth, even though it kept his sister safe. If there was a better way to attain the resources they needed to live comfortably, he would try with everything he had to attain it.
So he would go off to become a hunter, leaving his sister in the care of Catarina, who was the closest friend he's had. She divulged all sorts of information to him, but he knows to fear her enough that he would never divulge this information to anyone else, lest he ruin their friendship. History:

Hatsu Theme: Lenses General Hatsu Description: A complex variation of Transmutation with minute Emission properties, or maybe the other way around, his hatsus let him change his aura into curved glass, and relies on the refraction of light to Elliot's advantage. General Hatsu Conditions: In order to have any effect, there must be light to refract. The amount needed varies from hatsu to hatsu.
Hatsu Abilities Hatsu Name: Kaleidoscope カレイドスコップ (天照悪魔のような反射 Amaterasu's Demonic Reflections) Type: Offensive Hatsu Category: Conjuration/Emission Technique Rank: 2 Description: This ability lets him transmute a his aura into a multitude of colored glass shards, and then projects them in an area around himself, which refract the light through them, changing the field into a very unique design, akin to seeing through a kaleidoscope which shifts slightly. Once it is set, the shards of glass begin to perform a small miracle of their own, and transmute solar energy into elemental energy, and begins to fire thin, but potent lasers of elemental energy in a light-show around the battle field, decimating the landscape. This totals around 50 lasers, 15 red fire-based which use heat to slice through the area, 15 blue ice-based which leave what appears to be permafrost on the surfaces it touches, 15 yellow lightning-based which zaps the zones rapidly and randomly singeing wherever with head, and 5 purple phase-based which bypass everything to harm the target, slicing their insides. These lasers do not affect him, normally (see condition 7). Each laser type can add one more to its count by dedicating a technique point to it, capping at another 25 for each one. (Red: 0/25 Blue: 0/25 Yellow: 0/25 Purple: 0/25) Conditions: 1: This can only be performed on a sunny day, with no clouds or other obstacles impeding the sun's light. 2: This may not be performed indoors, unless there is a sun-roof which will allow the sun into it. 3: This may be performed at night, during any moon that is between half and full, at a severely reduced power. Red only feel like getting too close to a campfire, blue only feels like a winter wind, yellow only feels like a static shock, and purple actually has no effect at all. 4: If something obstructs the sun, this ability is immediately canceled and ended. 5: He can only use this 1 time in a single thread due to how exhausting it is. This is increased by 1 time for every 10 technique points he invests in this particular condition, capping at 30 technique points. (0/30 TP) 6: While he is immune to the effects of each laser, while this is active he must stay in place. If he moves, the lasers can, and will, hurt him. 7: His outfit must have at least one of the colors used in this hatsu. If he doesn't for some reason, he only gets 16 lasers, 5 of each primary color, and a single purple one. 8: This can last for up to 3 posts, before it ends automatically. This can be increased by one post per 10 points dedicated to this particular condition, without a cap. (0 TP) 9: Any allies nearby are subject to laser troubles like his enemies. 10: Anyone who is hit by one of the beams in an area of outfit which is exposed and of the color of said beam, they are unaffected, and it will reflect off of the color. 11: He cannot manipulate these lasers move specifically, though they aren't stupid when they randomly move around. (Assume that they start to chase you down on their own if you come within 3 feet of one) Range: 50 meters Effect: Creates a beautiful laser lightshow using nen-based lenses that transmute solar rays into colored rays of various energies. [16/16]Techniques Technique Name: Assassination Arts: Precision Technique Category: Assassination Art Type: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Long Technique Rank: 14 Description: Assassination Arts are, in essence, a means to kill someone. Elliot learned from a Zoldyck assassin who disowned her name, and is a highly capable killer. Elliot is a crack-shot, capable of using a ranged weapon to hit vital areas with ease within the first half of a weapon's effective range. This is a technique where he focuses on his eyes, which will appear to turn black in the sclera (leaving him with white pupils) and he will 'see the anatomy' of his foe, comparing their body to a memorized model of the human body's anatomical weak-points.
Technique Name: Rogue Art: Snatch Technique Category: Rogue Art Type: Supplementary Range: Close Technique Rank: 2 Description: Rogue arts are the way of the streets, where man takes what he wants if he can using opportunistic strategies. The most basic art of the rogues is the oh-so-recognized art of snatching, sometimes just called 'Snatch'. Essentially he takes a small mundane item off of the victim when within reaching distance. The foe usually doesn't notice him taking it off of them. Often times he will then sell the item for profit.
