Summer is officially here! Whether you prefer to spend it tucked away indoors, or bathing in the sun, or just enjoying an extra excuse to eat ice cream, have we got a fantastic event for you! Make the Category for your hatsu Manipulation. You can make it Rank 3.

You'll need a duration for how long he can manipulate them as well.

Alright, I'll accept that. However, would it be one card at a time or multiple cards per use? What you might be able to do is make it so that you can manipulate more at once by investing TP. So, you start at so many, then after investing X TP you can control more cards at once.

Okay here's in the techniques I want to use for the character let me know if I need to change anything or if I missed anything .


Technique Name: dancing swift step
Technique Category: martial art
Type: defensive
Range: himself
Technique Rank:4
Description: Peter picked up this technique wall street fighting.

This technique came from fighting in back alley way and crowded streets it's a defensive move. the user moves backwards zig zag dancing away from there attacker without having to watch where they are going.

This move allows Peter stay focused on his opponent in front of him and not have himself worried as much what he might stumble over or who might be coming from behind.

Technique Name: the six car deal
Technique Category: throwing weapons
Type: offensive
Range:60 feet
Technique Rank:6
Description: he draws up to 6 cards out of his deck and puts 3 in to each hand and throws them all at once or one at a time at his opponents.

Description: slithering blade is a technique used with a knife. The technique focuses on delivering quick blowes in certain places on the body that slow the speed of the opponent

I'll approve those, but add a limit for how many cards you can manipulate at once to your hatsu. You can improve that number as the character grows by investing TP.

Right now I have 52 in a deck and I have a limited to 6 cards a poets

If I understand you correctly is my 52 card deck limit that is to high so how about 26 or is that to high?

Having 52 prepared, ready to use is fine; what I mean is how many of those he can use at the same time when actually using the ability. So he can manipulate up to 6 at once is what you're saying?

yes you can only control 6 in 1 post then after the cooldown he can use another 6 my logic was that's as much as he can hold his hand.

Alright, what I mean in that case is that your character can invest TP into the hatsu in order to train it as he improves, allowing him to increase the number of cards he can manipulate at once. Let's say you start at 5 cards per use instead of six, then for every 3 TP you invest into the hatsu you can control an additional 5 at once. Or you can keep it set at 6 without ability to improve it if you prefer. Either way, you should note it in the ability description/conditions.
