You won't define him as handsome, but in his appearance there's something that often push people to instinctively trust him. He's in the average also regarding height and weight, but you won't find an ounce of fat on his figure. His skin is particularly pale, his eyes (often screened by sunglasses) are scarlet red, and his hair often dyed, not always in the same colour (usually purple). He wears a black coat and pants, a sort of neck-warmer which he can also use to hide part of his face. Under the coat he usually wears dark blue dress shirts. His daggers are fixed on his back such that he's able to recover them quickly when needed, crossing his arms while outdrawing. He also has a set of four black rings pierced along the auricle of his left ear.

If you ask to anyone who tells to know Elpeo, you will have a picture of a cheerful, expansive, sociable young man, sometimes even too impulsive. Behind the mask, he is a cold, calculating individual. Any of his words, gestures is carefully planned, and he almost never give real information on himself or his brother. To be honest, almost anyone knows that he even had a brother. He doesn't care about others fate but his brother's, and his only interests are increasing his money and his power (in all its forms).
Origin:
Elpeo and Daxius' father was a lesser member of a mafia clan. After "going out of business", he had no other choice than asking a friend of his to keep his kids alive and safe. The father's friend was no less than the chief of the clan's assassins. The two kids (Elpeo was only 8, while Daxius a 1 year-old baby) were introduced from early age to the techniques of a assassination. While Elpeo seemed to prefer the hiding and deceiving part, Daxius felt himself at ease at hunting and eliminating the targets. While growing in strength and suspiciousness, the two brothers got spotted by the second-in-charge of an opponent clan. Succeeded in setting a date for a meeting with the two, he offered them a great opportunity. They would have been introduced to the ways of a new power in exchange of the life of their clan's members. The decision takes no more time than a breathe. After a week of planning and preparation by Elpeo, Daxius started his part of the job. The day after, the opponent clan's boss found Elpeo and Daxius in his office with their boss' head in a box. After discovering their proper affinities, they decided to take the Hunter exam. They succeeded at the first attempt counting often on the synergy between their abilities. After taking their license, they subscribed as Black-List Hunters, beginning their careers as bounty hunters.

- Trick & Treat. Two daggers, once held by the hitmen's chief who trained he and his brother. Elpeo, after "inheriting" them from the chief, had them customized by a local blacksmith. Now the steel on the blades presents red sparks when hit by sunlight, and the hilts are in a shape of black snakes. They have no significant value (in Jenni), nor any particular property.

Description:
Elpeo can create up to 3 copies of himself, which are usually indistinguishable from the original. The copies are not able to fight and bear hits, they're just accurate spectral images. There are, though, differences from a true copy. The copies could have a slightly different appearance from the real self. A copy cannot take actions by itself, depends completely on Elpeo (i.e. the copy disappears if its creator lose consciousness or die), but is able to passively store sounds and images around it (they work as an archive). Copies cannot fight under the control of Elpeo, but are able to speak with modulated voices, so that the enemies have the impression to be surrounded my many alternatives of the same person.
Conditions: -
- Cannot produce more than 4 copies every 15 turns.
- Elpeo's Endurance is reduced by some factors:
° due to the copies' creation, is reduced by one for each couple of copies;
° due to copies' destruction by someone else but himself, is reduced by one again;
° each 3 turns after two copies are created, Elpeo's endurance decreases by one. (one single copy decreases the endurance by one after 6 turns, while three copies cannot last more than 6 turns). In order to regain the lost endurance, Elpeo must rest 3 turns without being interrupted.
- The copies can be created only within 1 meter from Elpeo.
- In order to create his copies, Elpeo must have not been hit in the last 2 posts, and being under any impairing or silencing effect will prevent him from starting the technique.
- When Elpeo cast his copies, he close his eyes and quietly moves his hands along his legs. Throwing the arms horizontally like a diver, images of him seem to appear around him as if his figure is becoming out of focus.
Range: Copies disappear when beyond 10 meters from Elpeo.

Each time a copy makes his appearance, Elpeo can use this confusing effect on the enemy to try and screw up his mind. When the first copy enters in contact with the target, Elpeo can start manipulating his senses:
- Rank 1: Illusionary World. Elpeo can modify the target's perception of terrain and the surroundings, making him believe to be in a place he fears or dislike. Anyway, the target is not confused by the technique, his mind is still clear. Elpeo cannot create new items in the ambience, but only modify what's already there (the roof becomes like a bunch of leafs and trees, as if being in a forest, but he cannot make the target see actually the trees. The soil can switch from solid to liquid, but the target is still confident to be on something solid.) (Eyesight) [Maximum duration: 10 posts]
- Rank 2: (prerequisite - Elpeo must purposely weaken himself [losing 1 Endurance] to empower the Illusions) Ghost Army. Elpeo can add to the visual illusion also the hearing of strange sounds, and making the target feel as if he's losing equilibrium. (Ears and equilibrium) [maximum duration: 8 posts]
- Rank 3: (prerequisite - Elpeo must purposely weaken himself and strengthen the bound [mixing his blood with his Nen and then touching the target's blood] to empower the Illusions). Elpeo can modify also perceptions of taste and smell, making the target feel like he's sick, or he's smelling rotten corpses (or whatever the target finds disgusting and disturbing). Elpeo can also make the target feel lighter or heavier (no more than 1/3 of the target's true weight). (Taste, smell, gravity perception) [strenghtenmaximum duration: 7 posts]
- Rank 4: (prerequisite - Elpeo must now pay a price in terms of his own sanity to get to this level. When starting the technique and each 2 posts the technique is active, Elpeo increases the chance to lost sanity [broken technique, 4 damages on Endurance]. After 2 posts if Elpeo gets badly hurt, his sanity is lost. After 4 posts any human contact make him lose his sanity. After 6 posts sanity is automatically lost.) Pain Time. Elpeo gains control even on pain receptors of his victim. He can decide when and where his target will feel pain, and can even control the intensity (from a simple headache level to a broken-bone level). (Pain centres) [maximum duration: 6 posts]
Conditions:
- In order to activate the illusions, Elpeo has to open a little cut in his arm, and draw a circle in each of his hands.
- The target must have already seen at least Elpeo and a copy of his together.
- Elpeo must not have less than 4 Endurance.
- Elpeo must maintain focus on his target, otherwise all illusions disappear. Also hitting his target (except for the hit needed to mix bloods, which does no effective harm [it just permits Elpeo to improve control]) will awake him instantly from all illusions.
- Also if someone other than Elpeo touches or hit the target, the illusion vanishes (At rank 3,4 simple contact is not enough, though, a violent hit is required).
- Sanity loss conditions (at last rank):
#First two posts: Elpeo can freely move and bear minor hits (no cuts allowed). Trying to hit a target gives him a -2 penalty to Accuracy. After 3 missed hits, Elpeo loses sanity.
#Second two posts: Elpeo can move only at half normal speed of a human, and bear just kind contact. Elpeo 's Accuracy penalty grows to -3. After missing 2 hits he loses sanity.
#Last two posts: Elpeo can neither move nor bear any contact. Elpeo 's Accuracy penalty grows to -4. If he misses he loses sanity.
- Sanity and Insanity. While Elpeo is using the technique, he's completely able to fight and decide for his actions. At rank 4 of the illusions, though, he can undergo a loss of sanity, due to the high level of Nen and mind infused in the technique. When Elpeo lose sanity due to a hit or contact, the technique breaks, Elpeo loses another point in Endurance and Accuracy. His mind gets confused, and he's not able to distinguish allies from enemies for a duration that depends on how many post the rank has been active (twice that time in confusional state). If Elpeo lose sanity due to the end of the maximum of 6 posts duration for the technique, he fall to the ground, unconcious. He won't be albe to wake in less than 6 posts, and when he wakes up he'll behave like affected from a bad fever, with lesser hallucinations and nonsens blabbering. This state will last for another 3 posts.
- Elpeo cannot rank down from the last rank of illusion at will, his only option is to completely broke up the technique.
Range: Target must be in line of sight and no more than 3 meters from Elpeo or a copy.

Description:
Elpeo strikes his target counting much more on his accuracy and agility than on his might to inflict maximum damage. His daggers hit together two different vital spots of his opponent, dealing a bigger damage than a normal hit would deal, and much more pain. If during the hit Elpeo's Nen comes into contact with his opponent, he can consider that a trigger for the use of his Schizophrenia. NB: The ability can be also used by a copy, but it deals no damage, even if it is still a trigger for Schizophrenia.

The target must be unaware of Elpeo.

Description:
Falls into shadows, becoming almost impossible to spot with eyesight until he moves away from the shadows, or if he takes any action but moving (running does reveal Elpeo). Walking at normal speed produces almost no sounds, making Elpeo incredibly quiet if he slowly moves around.
