× General Information Name: Tofa Gender: Male Age: 47 Height: 6'3 Weight: 330 lbs. Species: Human Appearance: A rather large and heavy set man, yet light and jovial in mood. Not a single shred of menace can be detected from Tonfa's visage. His bald head is buffed to the point of shining, while his eyes appear closed due to the smile upon his face. His vision is unimpaired; however, this is simply a vestigial look, like the stretched bottom part of his ear lobes. Tonfa's body is layered with flabby fat, covering the large muscles of his arms, to his stumpy legs. As far as clothing, Tonfa wears a white cloth sheet wrapped around his body in a particular fashion, and secured to his waist by a thick, cloth belt. His right nipple is exposed due to the way the sheet is folded, but not much else can be seen. Tonfa also wears a pair of monk slippers of his feet which are secured by a pair of laces wrapped around his foot and leg. Basically the picture without the gourd and bead necklace. Specific rules on refuel must be followed during threads (outside of threads it may be assumed that Tofa has recently eaten himself full) : (1 full course meal = 3 turns of use regain, 2 full course meals = 1.5 turns of use regain, 3 full course meals = .75 turns regained, 4 full course meals = .75 turns of use regained. Round down if decimal.) - Consumes 15 lbs. of mass upon every turn of usage (Fat is used up first, then muscle is digested if needed as a last resort) Hatsu Techniques × Non-Nen Techniques [3/16] Techniques Edited by UbIK, Jan 1 2013, 04:05 PM.

Ok, for Buffer Pudding, I was under the impression that someone inside it basically had -5 agility on the submerged area as a result of the liquid which essentially made it difficult to pull out and gave you the chance to counter. the agility debuff itself would be what made removing it difficult. Here, however, it seems to state that the user is completely trapped inside it for a whole post until removed, regardless of how high their stats might be. Also, I'm not sure I understand your general conditions too well, particularly relating to how many full course meals he eats gives him x turns of use. How would eating more meals give him less turns of use? Edited by Asylum, Jan 1 2013, 01:58 PM.

Ok - Removed the section about taking a turn for removal from pudding. Your right it is too much and over powering. Conditions" 1) We assume Tofa is full at the beginning of a thread, he can only use his technique for first 10 turns of a thread before hunger sets in. He can use his tech for up to 3 turns continuously, then use it no more without having to refuel. Or, he can use 5 non continuous uses (Use turn, break non use turn, use turn, etc.) out of 10 turns before needing to refuel. 2) Refuel requires the ingestion of a full course meals. Rules for refueling in thread are: 1 full course meal = 3 turns regain (3 turns of use regained), 2 full course meals = 4.5 turns regain (4 turns after round down), 3 full course meals = 5.25 turns regain (5 turn regain), 4 full course meals = 6 turns regain (6 turn regain). Simple principle, when you are hungry you eat, correct? When you start eating the first meal has a greater impact on reducing hunger then the later meals, thus the shrinking turn regain. 3) Technique is further limited by it's tendency to consume Tofa's own fat. 15 lbs. of fat are consume every turn of use, if all fat is sucked out the muscle is consumed. One cannot gain 15 lbs. of weight from a 4 course meal, not matter how large it is. Thus, Tofa's technique use is limited even further by that fact that repeated use would lead to more weight lost then gained, gradually putting himself in more harm unless he paces his use and allows his body time to regain lost mass. Oh, so its cumulative. Ok, I'm almost willing to approve this now, but I'm still seeing parts about the keeping it for one post thing in the hatsu, and I'm also slightly concerned about the agility buff in your pinball technique. Normally, a non nen technique does not give buffs or debuffs without good reason and all I'm reading from yours is that he charges at full speed without much reason as to why he would get a +3 buff, though its not all that unlikely I guess. Maybe if he was going downhill or something I'd understand. I'd like to see other opinions on that before I approve it. |
