Septimus stood in the streets of Kal-Shyn city and just soaked the in the atmosphere. This place was a cesspool of sin. Debauchery ran rampart through the streets and those that couldn't make it were left in the dirt. This was a place where people only looked out for themselves and the weak were killed off. This is where boys became men and then into women if they were desperate for the money.

It was a shining beacon of sin and self satisfaction that gave a big 'fuck you' to god and his ideals. It was a modern day Sodom and Gomorrah. All in all Septimus loved every bit of it. Eventually some snob in a car slammed on his horn and pulled Septimus out of his reverie.

After showing the man his pet bird, Septimus walked onto the sidewalk and because to follow the streets towards his destination. He had received a phone call the day before about a job to take out some guy who had decided to become a thorn in the side of a Mafia family. Septimus didn't care that the man might be a good person, he just wanted to get paid for something he enjoyed doing.

Eventually he reached his destination. It was a quaint little cafe that was run day and night. It was made for lovers and dates. When the man said he wanted a to meet in a neutral spot he wasn't kidding. He was starting to get a feeling that this was all an elaborate set up for him to go on a date. He honestly would not put it past his sister to pull something like this.

He sat down at a table and ordered a coffee from a waitress dressed like a cherub. Well if anything the place had anything going for it, hot women in skimpy outfits was one of them. Made him wonder how many men lost their women to this place. What a shrewd business plan they had.

The Man in the White Suit had been watching the green-haired man for some time now, had in fact followed him throughout his entire time in the city. He hadn't been hard to follow, after they had contacted him via his phone they had then set up a network to learn any and everything they could about the man who was interested in their contract, and when he had agreed to show up it had been without any hesitation that the Man in the White Suit had been dispatched to see if he was the real deal. It was amusing that the green-haired young man stood out so much more than the Man in the White Suit here in Kal-Shyn, it had made his job so much easier to follow someone so green. But as he made his way to the location of the exchange he finally had to reveal himself and participate in the exchange.

Without warning, almost as though from thin air, the Man in the White Suit sat down opposite Septimus -yes, they knew his name, they knew almost everything about him- and he simply stared at the other man until he got his attention.
"Septimus Vakarian," he said in a flat tone, no emotion on his face or in his voice whatsoever, this was part of his job after all, "23 years old, 6 feet 7 inches in height, one-hundred and fifty-eight pounds in weight, affiliated with a type of ability that has been termed "Controllo di Tempo"." -seriously, they knew everything- "My name is Mr. White, and I am your contact for this assignment that you have agreed to go on for us. Before we begin, do you have any questions you wish to ask."
This was less of a question and more of a statement, but he was sincere. Of course he probably wouldn't answer anyway.

Septimus did not even bat an eye as a man in a white suit appeared before him. Instead he simply took a drink of his coffee and sighed. The man looked familiar as he had seen him a few times during his stay in Kal-Shyn. More times than would normally be a coincidence. The man had been quite good at hiding himself and Septimus had only seen him out the corner of his eyes and the occasional reflection.

He didn't however, know it was the man who he was supposed to meet with. Although that simply explained why he was being followed in the first place. The man began listing off everything about Septimus and none of it surprised him. It was all information that anyone could find if they looked hard enough. What did throw him off his guard was when the man knew the name of his Nen.

This was something he had told nobody and nobody should know. His smile looked the same on the surface, but if you looked closely it was much more threatening than it was moments before. His left hand that had been in pocket was now holding his pocket watch.

"My my Mr. White, you are certainly well informed. I would be very interested to know where you learned all that information about me. If I were you I might not want to remember all of it. Some information can be much more dangerous than others" he said, slightly narrowing his eyes.

"As for if I want to know anything, why don't you answer where you learned so much information. Also the details of the mission if you would be so kind." He was being polite as he spoke, although there was certainly an edge to his words.

Mr. White was wholly unaffected by Septimus' smile, in fact his appearance and lack of expression and emotion did not change in the slightest. He did not react to the man's words either, simply waited until he was done speaking before reaching down to the position next to his seat and placed a white briefcase on the table between them, though it would open facing Mr. White, not Septimus.
"Suffice it to say," he said without expression, "We know. How we know is none of your concern and your threats are far too low-levelled to be taken seriously. I do not give you permission to alter a single part of my being with your nen and I never shall, not let us get down to business since you so clearly jumped the shark."

Flicking open his briefcase he reached in and drew out four sheets of paper, placing them face-down on the table in front of him before shutting the case and placing it back down on the ground beside himself. Flipping the first sheet of paper it showed a picture of a man who was smiling up at the camera insolently. The second sheet of paper was passed across the table to Septimus, and detailed the man's name (Veraldo Cornez), age (31), height (6'2"), weight (172lbs), Hatsu Type (Transformation) and his preferred things to do (Gambling, drinking, carousing). Sitting silently, Mr. White thought it was pretty obvious but he gave the other man time to read it all through before he spoke again.

"We wish for you to locate the man and remove him for us." Mr. White said simply, "It is quite simple. However he is not so simple, finding him might be easy but actually eliminating him will not be. I can guarantee you will be unable to fight him directly."

Septimus examined the man closely as he told him that he would never allow Septimus access to his time stream. The man knew way to much for any intense investigation to uncover. The man knew thing that he told nobody about and never planned on telling anyone. The man had to have some sort of Nen that allowed him gain access to Septimus's knowledge. Perhaps a mind reading type, all he knew is that a fight wasn't going to happen. At least not today, he knew nothing about the man and the man knew everything about him. It was a precarious situation to be in.

When the information was spread before him, Septimus immediately reviewed it and committed the information to memory. A man who loved to drink, gamble, and seduce women eh? It would certainly be simple to find him in most cities, however this was one that was based entirely on those hobbies. The man was clever for choosing this place to hide out.

"Since you are clearly so well informed, do you have any idea where in town he would be? Yes he loves to drink, gamble, and fuck, but that is something you can do everywhere in this town. Surely you know if he has a favorite hangout. Simply to save time. As for killing him, I will take your word of caution into consideration."

"Think of it as less a suggestion," Mr. White said simply, standing up and pushing the remaining two facedown pieces of paper across the table to Septimus, "And more of a word of warning. If you attempt to face-off against this man in direct combat you will surely fail based on your physical and nen-related abilities at the current time. He has far more experience than you do, and I'm sure you appreciate the art of being subtle, for what is time but subtle."
Standing, he flipped the first piece of paper -the one on Septimus' left- and the green-haired man would see three lines written on the paper:
Quote:

"Kady's Bar'n'Grill" - 1587 Lexicon Way
"The Drunken Hangman Casino" - 27 Millionaire Road
"The Gentleman's Playhouse" - 913 Lover's Lane

"These are his favourite locales," Mr. White said, flipping the second piece of paper, "And this is my cellphone number. Do not call it unless your cover has been blown, or you have succeeded in your mission. Any other reason shall result in your termination from our services."

And with that, Mr. White left, walking away slowly and easily, before vanishing between one blink and the next.
