Matt whistled in surprise. He had reached the iron fence in the middle of the Forrest but the villa was little more than a white speck in the distance. It would be a pain getting past the security but this job was probably worth it. The man who hired him believed that there was an urn inside which contained the ashes of a pharaoh. There was a dispute going on in scientific communities whether this particular pharaoh had died from a disease or as the result of a poisoning by one of his advisors. Matt had heard of the dispute in the past and also of the fact that the ashes of said pharaoh were still considered missing. He didn‘t know how his hirer came to the conclusion that the urn was in the villa or how the villas owner might have gotten his hands on it but that didn‘t matter. He wasn‘t here for the historical value but for the money. From a save distance Matt circled the enormous garden looking for good spot to enter. According to his information he didn‘t have to worry about dogs on the grounds, as the owner put his trust into camera surveillance and human guards. Which meant he could probably trick his way in if he got his hands on a uniform. If he could find one that fit. Finally Matt found a spot suited for his needs, a little river. It winded its way into the grounds of the villa through a tiny opening in the fence. It was obvious hat this was a weak point in the system so it would surely be more heavily guarded. This was an easy one. Matt gathered as many twigs and leaves as he could and pushed them into the water at once. Just as he hoped the leaves were swept along slowly but steadily until they reached the hole and couldn‘t move on any more. The water started building up and just as Matt had expected within minutes a guard arrived to inspect the situation. He didn‘t seem suspicious and made his way along he fence towards the next door. Matt followed him staying in the shadows of the Forrest to make sure he knew the exact route he would take. The guard reached the door, opened it and went back towards the river on the other side of the fence. Slowly Matt came closer while the man cleaned the leaves and opened up the hole in the fence again. ,It was just some junk blocking the thing, i cleaned it up.‘ the man said, pressing a button on the listening device affixed to his ear. ,Understood.‘ a faint voice answered ,Come back inside‘ Matt drew his knife and ambushed the man on what he believed to be a rather large blind spot for the cameras. One hand over the guards mouth he slid his throat. Luckily the uniform was a jacket just like the one he was wearing so he didn‘t have to worry about his cloths being to tight. Instead he took of the man‘s sunglasses and the communication device he wore. He made sure the man was dead and hid his body behind a tree so no randomly passing guards would find it. He then put on the sunglasses and the device, put on his jacked properly and adjusted his hair so it looked more or less clean and went to the door. He pushed the bell. To his left he heard the motor of one of the cameras as the voice in his ear said: ,took you long enough‘ and the door opened automatically. He was finally inside and on his way to the villa. So far things went his way. |

Rexia was currently in the body of a female worker whom was on the estate she was something of a Maid from what she could tell from the actions she had observed the days previous to... Acquiring this Appearance which allowed her Entrance into the Villa in the first place. This was because she had taken her time scouting out the place for a few days before making her move... it was simple to gain entry based on her skills granted it took a few sacrifices on the part of the staff but as far as she was concerned they would get over it... she already had. Rexia was wandering around the garden taking notes on where to put the gardener.. because it seemed in addition to being a maid that she was also like a... Well design coordinator for the place... what a fascinatingly talented person she must have ended the life of. Rexia thought as she walked past a window that was shiny enough to Reflect her appearance... She was a short blonde with glasses and a blouse that pretty much said 'look at my breasts you fool'. She was wearing long black dress pants that seemed to kind of shimmer in the light that was slipping through the trees of the forest and the fence likewise. As Rexia took note of the bushes in the garden that needed trimming this week by the gardener by using a grid like system that already seemed to be in place for the large estate she simply looked around and checked off the grids that needed to be tended and walked along as she went. Rexia stopped over by the River that went through the property along side it was a bench under which her umbrella was hidden in case she was found out and had to use it to make a last stand. Rexia happened to notice a guard coming in through the gate and wondered what he had been doing outside the property, After all as Chelcea as her assumed name in this form was to keep track of anything to do with the grounds or the keeping of the house.. sort of a grounds master except she took care of any and everything that served the needs of the master or the staff if at all needed sort of like a supervisor. "Is there anything amiss?" Rexia asked the guard returning through the gate after all she was not wearing an earpiece at the moment they were simply an annoying distraction while she was trying to keep up with this girls work of which she had absolutely no interest in. However to keep up her cover until she could find those damn ashes she would have to play along. Something could blow her cover if she didn't take the utmost interest in this man however she stayed close to the bench as she was still edgy in this place with all the not belonging... |

,Something was blocking the river, Ma‘m‘ Matt replied, stopped and took a look at the busty woman in front of him. ,I took care of it.‘ She seemed to be in some kind of authority position, maybe she even was the lady of the house. His best bet was to be polite and hope she didn‘t know the staff inside out. If she did she‘d realize immediately that he wasn‘t one of the real guards and even though she didn‘t wear an earpiece it would take only seconds for her to alert everybody. He wouldn‘t probably be able to deceive the guards if even one of them took a closer look at him but he hoped to be inside the house by then where he could spread some confusion and use it to his advantage. However, the longer he stood here chatting the higher the possibility of him being found out. ,I was planning on returning to my post now. That is unless there‘s anything else i can help you with.‘ |

Having been on the property a few days something seemed amiss to Rexia almost as if there was a fowl stench of blood coming from the area somewhere it was only because she was all too familiar with this smell that she happened to notice it from the calm quiet serenity that usually surrounded the place... almost as if it were a hospital for lack of better explanation. Being unarmed and of a body with little to no combative ability she was a pretty vulnerable target if something went awry and she wasn't close to her umbrella... she could fall back on her nen but only up to a certain point before she would be unable to keep her cover. "Come to think of it something seems out of place around here... You shall accompany me, What post are you from. I shall have it covered" Rexia said putting her earpiece back into her ear. And awaited his answer from him after all she had a spare guard in the camera room at the moment because he was going to start sending guards to lunch anyways she could simply commandeer him for the rest of her walk through and then he could begin his duties... after all she was the boss she could tell him to murder someone right now.. and he would have to do it. Rexia kept herself from going into a power trip and laughing like a maniac... she doubted that that would be very safe for her cover since the girl seemed to be soft spoken when not dealing with work and when dealing with work she was very professional. Looking the man over he seemed... unusual for a guard of this place although she did remember someone of roughly his size having been around the grounds she was pretty sure he was a little better kept than he seemed to appear at the moment. Rexia wasn't sure of his life outside of guarding the villa so she wouldn't say anything to seem rude as that was beyond the Capability of her Current Persona that she was using. Rexia hoped that getting too close with this person that would blow her cover.. though his man didn't seem to fully recognize her which was a little unusual, however he seemed to recognize her as the boss still so that was sufficient since. This meant he may not be able to blow her cover, but maybe still adequate to protect her from whatever she felt was wrong with the atmosphere. Rexia could always use Gyo and further inspect the situation.. however she wouldn't be doing this right now after all as of right now she still had work to do.. this girl was very punctual with getting her job done so she must have been as well. |

,No need to concern yourself, Ma‘am‘ Matt replied and activated his earpiece. ,I‘ve been asked to preform other duties, get someone to fill in my post.‘ ,Roger that.‘ Matt silently cursed the lack of information he had been given and hoped that he hadn‘t blown his cover by not using some sort of protocol in the communication. As of now he hadn‘t seen any evidence of such a system but you never knew. ,My post is in the monitor room.‘ he explained turning his attention back to the woman in front of him. It was of course risky to claim a specific post but it was evident that she didn‘t know every guard on the grounds and the ones in the monitor room were the ones she was the least likely to meet. A post where he could sit and didn‘t have to be an obvious fighter also fit his statue. ,I shall of course accompany you, however i can assure you that we have no reason to believe there is anything amiss.‘ This might actually turn out in his advantage. Now that he was freed from his duty to return to his post he didn‘t have to worry himself about accidental taking a wrong route and causing unnecessary alarm. On top of that nobody would raise an eyebrow about seeing an unknown face as long as he stayed in her company. She seemed to be some kind of authority figure even though he still wasn‘t sure if she was the Lady of the house, an overseer, or something else. This and the fact that he didn‘t know her name could prove problematic but he‘d find a way to bluff his way inside it wasn‘t as if he was under any immediate time pressure. It didn‘t, of course help if he spend too much time hanging around the grounds, but now that he had been accepted by a rather high ranking member of staff he would be more or less safe from the preying cameras. With just a little bit more luck she would take him inside and maybe even to the location of the urn. Eve if she didn‘t it wasn‘t as if he couldn‘t just ditch her if things didn‘t turn out the way he wanted. |

Rexia didn't much care for her inquiry being dismissed the way it was however she wasn't going to dwell on that there was much to be Done still today before she could leave this guard off somewhere and go look for the urn again... it seemed like no matter how much she had explored in the last day or so she had yet to find anything even closely resembling such an artifact however the item itself wasn't of much value to her the tale behind it was quite remarkable and having it in her collection would be noteworthy none the less for the historic relevance. Rexia couldn't put her finger on it but there was something off about today... even more so only recently. Rexia ignored the thought. "very well, i still have to cover the grounds before the gardener gets here, simply accompany me something doesn't seem right" Rexia was of course referring to the blood she smelled in the air but she wasn't sure that that wasn't her imagination either. Rexia did sometimes simply get uncomfortable in the body of another especially if in a place where she could instantly be the target of dozens of guards or more.. Rexia removed her ear piece again since he had handled the covering of his position. Rexia Went back to her chart after putting her ear piece back in between her bust, she pulled her clipboard back up and started along the path once more and started checking the grid in the places that the gardener would have to pay special attention to other than watering and tending the general things just to keep everything pristine for the master of the house. Rexia continued marking down and figured some conversation might liven up this trip after all this would be the first day she had someone along with her during her exploits because she had been otherwise uneasy to have a tag along because it made an opportunity for someone to recognize that she was not whom she said she was, however this could be convenient for her to learn some more than she already knew too. "So how did you come about working here?" Rexia asked not looking up from her work but simply walking and talking. |

Something was off. He couldn‘t put his finger on it but something just didn‘t seem right. He was sure he wasn‘t found out at last not yet otherwise the garden would be swarming with guards by now, it was of cause a possibility that he was being led into a trap but it seemed unlikely that someone who went through such effort to keep people out would lead them further inside just to ambush them. He also noticed that the woman in front of him had taken her earpiece out. If there was a trap she had surely been informed to lead him there. Why would she take her earpiece out wen she knew full well that she was about to enter a combat situation? Surely she wanted to stay informed as much as possible even if she was sure to have the element of surprise on her side. When she asked him how he got his position it dawned on him. This was it. How many people worked in the villa? one hundred? one hundred and fifty at the most and that included the staff that wasn‘t used to guard the premises. Somebody who had risen to her rank should have spend enough time here to know at least the guards who were being sent around to do the odd job. Why then, if she was interested enough to ask about the career of some random guard was she not able to tell that he didn‘t work here? Matt knew something was up but he couldn‘t be sure what it was. For now he would pretend that everything was normal. ,I was picked like everyone else.‘ He answered her question. He was sure there was really only one way to get a job here an that was being picked by the owner, the overseer or whoever it was who did the hiring. You didn‘t approach him asking for a position, he approached you if he deemed you worthy. ,i worked in a security company before that.‘ we went on before any pesky questions about who it was that picked him could arise. ,I wanted to get out of there anyway. Too much physical labor, what with setting up cameras and whatnot. I prefer the monitoring i get to do here. At least maintenance is much less hassle than installation.‘ Matt followed the woman, he didn‘t know how long it would take for her to finish her round but he couldn‘t do much about it. He would just have to exercise a little patience. |

Rexia Half listened to what he said he seemed to be very vague with his answer, she supposed it was natural to give only general information after all if anyone asked her about her being hired she couldn't even give basic information that wasn't a complete lie but that was because the actual Chelcea was dead and gone as were a few of the other guards. It was easy to assume that this was one of the replacements even though she hadn't seen him around but seeing as he seemed to work in the monitor room by his story it didn't surprise her. After all she was much too busy to go stand around or talk to every single guard. Despite the progress they had made Rexia could still smell blood, that was odd... it wasn't coming from her after all that smell had dissipated from her same day seeing as she had done her best to conceal it in case someone else was prone to the smell. Rexia couldn't shake the feeling that she was compromised for some reason. At the same time she knew that was impossible at this point but still something was off. Rexia had nodded as he answered her and replied "So, How long have you been doing this job then?" Rexia asked him as she took the final check along her route of the garden. Rexia then started down the other side of the building and started checking the next grid that was on her clipboard under the one she was using. Rexia slipped the ear piece back out of her breasts and into her ear. "Sector 3/4 complete" Rexia said and took the ear piece back out and slipped it back into her shirt after all she didn't need the distraction. If she were to finish this job as soon as possible she could get onto the interior inspection that was scheduled for today and hopefully come across the location of the Urn with the ashes contained inside. This meant she could clear her objective and be on her way after all she had no attachment to this girls duties. Rexia wanted to find that damn vase but using Nen could endanger her, there were a few hunters on the premise though she was fairly sure they were not licensed however they were Nen capable which was a problem if she were caught she doubted she could take on 2 people at once... Especially if they were good, fortunately for her she had yet to run into either of them or they simply weren't on guard. Edited by Dante, May 6 2012, 06:14 PM.

Matt was blissfully unaware of the faint odor of blood he was giving off. He followed the woman who‘s name he still didn‘t know through the garden. She seemed to be on some kind of route. But Matt didn‘t really care about either her daily routine or the landscape she was guiding him through. Granted the garden was big but he didn‘t like idea of landscaping and why someone who resided in a forest would maintain a garden was beyond him. The woman no longer seemed all that interested in his story anymore but that didn‘t stop her from asking how long he had been in his current position. ,Four years i recon.‘ he lied: ,Its not as if i remember the exact date.‘ they walked on. Occasionally the woman would check something on her clipboard. Was this what it was like to actually have a job? Matt barely had the self control not to start stretching or make a joke about the woman‘s low neckline whenever she bend over and that was despise the fact that he was here for the first time, not to mention that he‘d be in mortal danger if he was discovered. He couldn‘t even imagine doing this stuff every day for years. Did she just say three out of four? That meant Matt had entered midway through the third part of her route or whatever, that meant he‘d have to suffer through this for longer than he already had. He sighed inside. He‘d just have to keep up appearances. |

Rexia looked back at the man for a minute using Gyo, it seemed that he was not a Nen user, not even in the least bit. His points were not even activated that was tempting... However not right now. There were more pressing things to do than have a little fun with someone whom she had just met after all that would more than blow her cover and lose her the chance at the Urn as well as having wasted the previous week working on this woman's job only to come out empty handed. Rexia resumed her survey and simply ignored what she had seen it looked like a spat of blood on the front of the jacket the man was wearing this didn't bother her much though she did keep her guard up now this meant the reason the smell wasn't going away was because it was coming from this man, however it was not old blood either it was very fresh or the smell wouldn't have been strong enough to bother her so much she supposed. "Lucky i ran into you out here, There's been a strange feeling about. Usually i would have been out here by myself at this time except for a few guards.. Come to think of it what brings you out here from the monitor room?" Rexia said her voice showing no signs of anything but the Normalcy she had showed thus far as not to draw alarm after all he could have simply cut himself on whatever he was doing recently which was still undisclosed at this point. Which it seemed that he had come in from outside which made her wonder. Rexia was ready to deploy her Aura at a seconds notice and pile drive this person though... she wasn't exactly sure that she wasn't over reacting to nothing in particular At this point she could only wait for her tag along to answer her and judge the situation further from there. Rexia kept on walking and making notes on the garden so nothing seemed to have changed. |
