 In order to have an efficient means to help you solve your problem with Photoshop, I ask that the following be adhered to.

1) You must have a problem with Photoshop that you cannot solve yourself.
2) Try and be as clear as possible with your problem. Provide screen shots if necessary.
3) State which version of Photoshop you're using. There are many versions out there.
4) You must NOT harass Support staff with your problem. Please be patient and wait until they have a chance to solve your problem.
