 In order to have an efficient service where your problem will be solved quickly, I ask for the following to be adhered to:

1) Please state the problem you are having with your theme. (Or the theme you are trying to install to your board)
2) Try to be as clear as possible about your problem. Provide your CSS snippet and/or a screenshot if necessary.

You must NOT harass Support staff over this issue. Please wait until they have a chance to assess your problem and help you solve it.
