Misstress of Dark
[ * * ]
Far from Hegren shadows of the sins of man congealed, though hollow with their forms could be made out even in the blackest of night. Bedlam, chaos, disorder followed on the breath of the wind. Night brought along the icy call of death it was the Mistress of Demons and the summoner of the beast the mighty Bedlam. Draped in black the figure of of the mistress wandered along the stones thrown nonchalantly about the mountain she had taken the time to traverse. Around her the souls of the slain cried out trapped within this place battles of old drew her to this place. Once every so often spirits congealed in one place producing a veritable hot spot for necromancers and demons alike. The elemental wars had left many dead or dieing in the name of nothing. Now with their whispers gathered upon the gale like winds of the mountain top, Bedlam had a chance with these souls she would raise the first of her army of the dead. Stepping down from jagged rock her bare feet hit earth and with this she brought blight and decay upon the very land she walked on. Turmoil, hatred, loathing and hellish amounts of bad consciousness seemed to drag upon the very air it's self. Now living she could feel the need to breath and it would make her work far more difficult this night. Allowing the Drol forces of the blighted land to envelope her, she brought forth the power required to give the dead a second chance. As the maiden of ebon evoked the powers of darkness she could feel not to far from her the souls of the slain reach out. They grasped and attempted to grip the power for it offered an escape from the endless abyss, the madness of never ending limbo turned all from men into demons.

Taking up the blighted dirt she called forth the defiled earth to grant her the mana required to manifest the bodies of so many. Cloaked in black not to far from her stood the two other figures whom had gone with her to the mountain top. One figure appeared to have a hunched back but still with that it stood well over fifteen feet high. The second robed menace soot at about the same height as Bedlam but it was far slimmer than she. The smaller of the two seemed to be far more interested in the ritual Bedlam sat and poured her full attention into. "The mighty Rany knows that this would be faster if we did this together," a cracked ravaged voice shrieked from under its hood. The smaller of the hooded creatures spoke up, for it was quite unhappy with the rate in which things where getting done. Throwing her arms into the air released intense and all consuming flames of forest green. Bringing the souls through the wheel of flames prepared them to be returned to the flesh. After clearing them of will and mind she could cleanly control them like just like soulless ghouls she summoned on a whim. Between her chanting she found the time to give her cloaked associate an aggravated glance. Though it was his cute way of suggesting that she take his help she had no intention of letting his hubris taint the work she was doing." Farenth if I were a demon illegally here and my staying depended upon the good graces of another I would effectively cut back upon all of my suggestions ...My good graces have their limit," though threatening was a common practice among these three it was clear they at least worked worked well with one another. Responsibility for the whole process was a good thing to her. Farenth was just so quick with his work that it would only be a matter of days before the bodies of the souless simply collapse and her army would be in danger.

Pulling upon the Drol forces which saturated the area she held the reigns of thousands in her hands. The chains of Drol compelled the many into the the grips of the beast. The Reigns of Chaos gave unto her feel immense power. Swirling the souls through the cleansing flames she whipped the clean over and over again. The mutilation of a soul was a thoughtless act to her by now, she had been at it far to long to feel any way about it now. Getting her feet into a position to truly hold the souls at bay she got into a posture which put there weight against hers. Slamming her foot into the earth below her she force each and every soul into submission. With this many souls bellow her she could feel the overwhelming urge to taste them all boiling up from deep within. Souls where soul and this many was more then any Demon could pass up so easily. Putting aside hunger she continued with work which she herself set before her. If she was going to usher her master into this world and receive her permanent reward she would have to work quickly against the forces of man and collect the will and souls of millions. All she needed was war, it did not matter who started it. Bedlam would place herself on any side or even both sides any thing to usher in grand and unequivocal madness and mindless destruction. Souls lost to such disorder fuel the portal unto her master. Pulling the reigns ever tighter force the disembodied and disemboweled spirits into the earth. With the all the force of a tsunami the reigns, her fist, and her knees hit the ground. Sending more dark magic through the ground cause the first barely fleshed fists to break the surface of the terrain." YES...YES!!! Come forth rise and heed the will of Bedlam all ye soulless hounds, festering forsaken rise up amongst thee stones and smite the living," It always got her blood racing to scream in the night to those who could not even stand with out her will moving them.

Removing the hood which hid his face Farenth revealed himself to be a man of raven colored hair. It was both long and soft as it glistened in the pale dancing light of the hollowed out moon. His sharp feature made him beautiful to the eye but within this from was the cold truth that he was a demon and not a man. Helping his mistress to her feet the Demon looked out upon their new army. It had been quite some time since they had a force as large as this."It appears you where right in selecting this spot for our new Deadmount...Rany I'm afraid credit may be all yours this time," the word rolled of his lips softly like silk satin his voice held a seductive tone like all great demons. Pulling Bedlam to her feet allowed her over look the steep incline which separated the three from the Demon like undead she had shaped with her own hand. Now finally turning to face them the building sized cloaked creature set its blazing red glow upon the two."We will need pyromancers as well as ravaging dead... they will be powerful in their craft," The creature found speaking in human tongues hard and so when it did speak it was very little. Impressed with her work Bedlam for the most part ignored the large Demon behind her. Extending her hand out unto the masses of zombified The master of the damned forced them to a halt their lurching and wondering at a standstill allowed her to proceed."Build...Build unto me your god a home a home which can be honored by both the living and the damned," Before they could start with the real task she had to get a working base in order. Her caste in the wastes had been a nice start but in order to be as effective and powerful in the land of Horundol as she could be she need far more.
