I don’t doubt her intentions. I’m sure that she meant well, when she said “if you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything “especially about the dead. That attitude is a large part of our problems today. Edward Kennedy was a despicable man. He put himself and his party first, with little regard for the good of our nation. I agree and disagree at the same time. I think Teddy genuinely thought what he was doing was for the better of the people of our country, but with that being said...He was DEAD WRONG on almost everything he did. |

I understand your position. but the problem is that most people don't know to what lengths he was willing to go. for instance, he offered assistance to the soviet union in exchange for help with his presidential nomination against Jimmy Carter. google it. |
