N/A Boggart The dark Occupation Minister of Magic	In order to get an ability, you must follow certain rules. These rules are: You must have a job. This is going to change once all positions are filled up. You must be a 5th year or higher to get a gained power. To get a hereditary or special power you must be at least a third year. You can't have all the powers. You cannot be a seer, meta, animagus, telepathic, wandless magic, apparating death eater. Pick a few powers and stick with them. If you are a seperate race (see character forum) then leave this forum immediately because you are not permitted to get any powers here. These are for humans only. You must be a good RPer. I am not making the class be a requirement until we get more tutors. You must be enrolled in at least 4 classes. If 4 classes aren't available, you can fill them out, but if you don't get you desired grade, you must wait 'till you are enrolled in 4 classes. Password is special.abilities You can only apply for a power 3 times. If you don't get the desired grade after that then the highest grade is the one you got. If you try to apply more than that the power will be taken from you and you will not be able to get it back. If you do not get the desired grade, *OWL* the grader. Do not ask in your thread why you didn't get the grade. If you decide to redo it, repost it in the thread you created while making the corrections. Applications will be graded by Grammar Spelling How well it's written Length of answers Believability Failure to comply with all rules will result in loss of house points, knuts, and/or power(s).
