‘Are you really hungry?’ By EmailDietTips.com | We all do it especially when we are sitting watching the TV in the evening’s we eat without realising. Yes we all have to have dinner, but after dinner when you are watching the TV and your enjoying that biscuit or eating a packet of crisps, are we eating it just for the sake of eating it? It is a very strange habit yet a very difficult habit to get out of. The best thing to do is to ask yourself before you go and get something to eat, are you really hungry? It is surprising how many times you are not and will eat just for the sake of it and to have something to do whilst watching the TV etc. Maybe of something else you can do instead it may even be the ironing but at least it will be something other than eating that bar of chocolate and that packet of biscuits, because as we all know it never stops at one. maybe even make a list of things you could do instead whilst watching the TV, i’m sure you would be surprised at what you could come up with. |
