 The Royalists and Patriots, faced with the prospect of a split right-wing/Christian vote, have decided to establish an alliance(The Great Anzian Conservative Electoral Alliance) for this election, with the Patriotic Party fielding a candidate for Chancellor. We seek to protect Christianity and Conservatism in Great Anzia, and hope that this will produce greater cooperation between the conservatives of Great Anzia.

 Draft Manifesto for 2010:
1) Defence- we seek to organise the Great Anzian military and restore the famed reputation of Anzians for their experience in raiding

2) Increasing the People's Say- We seek to form a Board of Regents as soon as possible to ensure that the King does not abuse his power or behave tyrannically. The Board of Regents will be elected and will check the King's power.

3) Free Market Economics- We seek to turn Great Anzia into a capitalist society, where every citizen works for himself. We believe in the saying, "Give a man a fish; you have fed him for today. Teach a man to fish; and you have fed him for a lifetime."

4) Organise Recruitment- Make the recruitment system more efficient by introducing a schedule for all recruiters based on their RL locations.

5)Employee Benefits- Make employers pay for employees' injuries or illnesses if it has been proven that they were caused by the employers' negligence.

6)Disabled Persons Welfare- Start a special fund for disabled persons to educate them based on their disabilities and pay for their healthcare till they can start work.

 Refutation of the Liberal Democrats:

The Chancellory- I am running for chancellor to instill activity and values of actively upholding the chancellory. The people elected me to represent them, and that's what I intend to do (if elected, of course.)
Is that your only job?

For one, I am planning to invite the following regions to embassies with the region:
The New Walbard Union
The United Kingdom
The Kodiak Republic
Grand Central
Corporate

These regions have proven time and time again that not only are their embassies active, but well-instituted, and helpfully informative.

Secondly, it is time this military get off the ground. My plan is to begin the Military Recruitment Force. Their line of work is to recruit 10 new members to the Military by the end of my term, which has been hard for TUK (poulation 178) to pull off. So, with my recruitment plans, this MRF should do well with good management. I have plans to appoint Joetopia as Director of the MRF. This should help spur other governmental agencies with the success of this one, as is my plan.
A force just for this may be too much... Instead, the Army itself should advertise without unnecessary interference from the civilian government.

Thirdly, I am on a quest to bring this region to 50 nations by the end of my term. It is a stretch with today's recruitment situation, but I have faith in the start of the Recruitment Force. The RF will be headed by me, and I will appoint 2 recruiters who must send out 20 minimum recruitment telegrams a day. They will report that to me via Private Message. They have one day to miss it without consequences, and then I will deem if they have the activity needed, especially if it was an RL problem, or interference.
I'm afraid you'll need more recruiters, plus what's your criteria?

Along with recruitment for Defence, I really want to work with the region and get their thoughts on the type o military region we should be: Raider, Defender, or Nuetral? I personally believe in Nuetreality for it is possible we will be infractured by TITO or the FRA if we aer Raiders, and Defenders require an extremely air-tight military, which I hope to create, while remaining Nuetra. But, I don't believe the Chancellor should delegate such a decision, I believe the region as a whole should.
You mean you want to throw Anzian raiding tradition right out of the window??????

A Financial District is something I would like to set up, and would propose to the Great Council. However, I would plan, organize, and structure the Financial District with a Financial Minister, taxing citizen-moderated forums, and working on an inter-regional global market. That last proposal could take several months, and my term won't last several months, so it is something I hope to start and get a feedback for from the citizens of Great Anzia.
Taxing forums???? You'll need a better tax plan....

Finally, I have not decided who I would reccomend for Ministers. It is something I wish to manage very carefully to ensure that the Ministers are active and maintaining their respective ministries.

I am the right man for the job. When Chancellor of small regions I have time and time again proven I can recruit, merge (althoug I don't plan to anytime soon), delegate, and help direct problems and situations facing the region.


Ok, you see that we've poked few holes in his argument. But, hey- this piece of paper covers only about 1 important thing-recruitment.
