Cheese Manicotti 6-8 servings

14 pieces manicotti, cooked, drained
1 3/4 c. ricotta cheese
2 c. mozzerella cheese
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
2 tbs. fresh or dry parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. spaghetti sauce

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix cheese and spices together in a large bowl. Stuff pasta tubes. Spread a thin layer of sauce on bottom of 13x9x2 inch glass baking dish; arrange pasta in a single layer over sauce. Pour remaining sauce over and cover with foil. Bake 40 minutes. Remove foil; bake 15 minutes longer until hot and bubbly.
