Unregistered	Welcome to Poseidon High School. Named after the Greek god of the sea! The only high school that is located on a cruise. We depart at Cape Canaveral, Florida and make our way around the world throughout the year. A nice opportunity to explore other countries when we dock there. Students are able to leave the ship when we dock, however, they must be back on board by the time we leave or they get left there. Enjoy the experience PHS has to offer. You will be away from home for a long time but you can always call them using your room phones. Cellphones won't work to make calls, however, you will be able to send texts to whoever is either on board or back home in the United States. There is one minor problem according to the students though. They're not allowed to be served alcohol but they of course found a way around that. They bring alcohol back on board and hide it from the staff and faculty. Others are sort of good and visit a bar in the countries they visit. Seniors who are eighteen are allowed to drink alcohol on the boat, provided their parents gave the the signed parental letter. But don't let the staff and faculty catch you otherwise you'll be sitting in detention! Don't say you weren't warned. WELCOME ABOARD!
