This is listed in one of my other links, but I'll post it here to save people time. There are Three types of Anima: Terroanima Psychoanima Hysteroanima Hysteroanima prevents the boss from using any of its special attacks for 30 seconds, this is by far the most important anima to have as many of the bosses have specials that either ignore damage, give aoe poison or sleep the entire pt. Special attacks are most oftern the party killers. Psychoanima This one causes the boss to be intimidated for 30 seconds, this does not prevent him from using special attacks, but is useful if the tank doesnt have a great hold on the hate. Terroanima The number 1 reason that pts fail these bosses is when someone uses a terroanima in the middle of a fight that is going well. this one makes the boss do absolutely nothing but run around like crazy for 30 seconds. The only people who should be carrying terroanima are the healers and the group leader. If someone uses terroanima. DO NOT CHASE THE BOSS! Gather together and wait for the boss to come back to you. There is only one boss that is an exception, and that is in Holla which I will explain in the post on the bosses. ***YOU CANNOT "Double Up" WITH ANIMA, ONLY ONE CAN BE ACTIVE AT A TIME*** As for macros concerning anima use and timing, I suggest making a macro as follows: /item "Psychoanima" <t> /p ~*Using Psychoanima watch for special attacks*~<call> /wait 30 /p ~*Next person use your anima now <call4> /item "Hysteroanima" <t> /p ~*Using Hysteroanima safe from special attacks*~<call> /wait 30 /p ~*Next person use your anima now <call4> /item "Terroanima" <t> /p ~*Using Terroanima DO NOT CHASE THE BOSS*~<call> /wait 20 /p ~10 seconds till boss re-engages, be ready<call4> /wait 10 /p ~*Next person use your anima now <call4> Edited by alialle, Jul 23 2009, 04:17 PM.
