I've seen some people claiming that solitary Wiccans aren't really Wiccan (is Eclectic the correct term?). Is that a widely held thought or is it a type of discrimination by Traditionalists? From what I have read of Wicca, I thought it was a belief system that covered a wide variety of ways to honour the God/Goddess. Was I wrong and Wiccan only really refers to Traditional Wiccans?

Eclectic in Wicca or paganism refers to combining different traditions :). Solitary means practicing on your own rather than having a group affiliation.

At the risk of answering for the Wiccans, my observations have been that opinions can be rather divided. Of course opinions can be quite divided across all traditions of paganism.
