If you thought that completing a country's Pokemon League was tough, you ain't seen nothin' yet. Information on all of the countries in the International Pokemon League can be found here.

The Capital of Kitian, Nelstan is the home to the country of Kitian's only airport. Get yourself a Pokemon, eat the last of the peanuts from your flight, and get ready to go on the road. But wait--Nelstan is the home of the Kitian Kolloseum Krew, a group of local trainers that have built an impromptu (and very unofficial) Gym for having Pokemon battles of 1v1 or Many v Many.

Your first steps out of Kitian lead up a narrow, winding trail up to Tellsavin. If you can make it through the forest, you'll be rewarded by a beautiful view from the pass before you make your way halfway down the mountainside to Tellsavin. Beware the Sultans of Shorts.

Welcome to your second port of call in Kitian. The Evolution Stone mines are the furnaces behind the local economy. The town is split down the middle by the two major Evolution Stone Mining Companies. Square off for Many vs. Many battles in Tellsavin Square or try the unique 1v1v1v3 Gym Leaders Battle (after you've defeated the trainers in both Gyms). Or if you're more materialistic, check out the variety of Evolution stone jewelry, available world exclusively to Tellsavin.

Be careful during your visit to Tellsavin or the Grange and Laerin Mining companies will enlist your aid to sabotage the other's progress

Your journey will take you down into a series of valleys, eventually leading to Threntil, the home of Kitian's second gym and the Tough Contests. If you're feeling adventurous, go spelunking and see if you can find the Kitian Kolloseum's Maskot, Krotchety the Kwanky Kubone. Or maybe you are feeling really lucky and want to try exploring the Teddiursa caves. Beware of mama Ursaring.

Route 2 is watched over carefully by the Florettes, a group of young women from Kanto's Celadon City Gym who decided that the were fed up with city life. Litter at your own peril.

Threntil is a popular tourist getaway, but also popular with Pokemon Trainers. The clear mountain lake and streams, not to mention the long hiking trails make this one of the top ten places to visit in the International Pokemon League.

If you get tired of all the beauty, head out to the Logging Camp a few miles out of Town to try your hand at the Tough Contests, or for the incredible parties that the lumberjacks throw every night.

Route 3 is a bit of a contested area, so watch your step. Lumberjacks from Threntil and Rockers from Presnit clash quite regularly here. Because of all the battles, nobody wants to build anything or put anything special along Route 3, so it's just a straight shot to Presnit, where the Brotherhood of Love awaits you.

Pokemon Rangers are especially prevalent on Route 3, so watch your step, because odds are better than elsewhere in Kitian that someone is watching you.

Presnit is known as the Rock and Roll capital of Kitian, and is the home to most Kitian record companies. The Rockers of Presnit are quite a formidable force, as you will find if you challenge the Stairway to Heaven to try to defeat Brother Bob for the Radical Badge. Make sure to try the pizza before you leave. Pizza connoisseurs agree it's the best in the country.
