"Oh?" he uttered, sounding more excited than shocked. He cleared his throat and followed up, "I mean, you two looked...good together. It's a pity." Finn had to swallow the large piece of pizza in his mouth to keep himself from choking when Puck mentioned Santana's name. He was confused. Puck didn't really like Santana. I mean, sure, he's said that she was great in bed. And she was willing to do the weird stuff, but still. Though Santana wasn't his first choice for his best friend, he didn't react to it. Hey, if Puck was happy, right? "You should totally go for her. She's not seeing anyone now, anyway," Finn cheered him on. |

"Eh. I'm good. Berry isn't really my type. Yeah, she may be a hot jew but she's too annoying." Puck was tired of being sappy and stuff. He picked up the nearest pillow and hit Finn with it. "PILLOW FIGHT!" |

"She's not that annoying," Finn replied, but a raised eyebrow from Puck had him clarify. "Well, she takes getting used to." Out of nowhere, a pillow hit Finn's cheek. He wondered what had hit him when he heard Puck shout 'Pillow Fight'. He laughed, grabbing one of the pillows near him and using it as a shield. "What the hell are you doing?!" Finn cried out, unable to stop laughing. |

"Pillow Fight! Like I said!" said Puck as he hit Finn with another pillow in the stomach. Puck then ran up and tackled Finn onto the couch and pinned him down with one hand and continued to hit Finn with a pillow with the other hand. |

Finn fell over to the floor, with Puck on top of him, hitting him non-stop with the pillow. He laughed, trying to get out words, but his voice was muffled by the constant smacks. "Gerroffoffmee!" Finn screamed, trying to get Puck off of him, but he was pinned too hard to budge. Suddenly, Finn heard Melissa's voice in his head, saying something from their conversation a couple of nights back. "Well, have you ever thought that maybe he looks at you the way that he looked at that Lucas kid?" Finn, realizing that this could be the case, forced himself off the ground and stood up. He stood their awkwardly, watching Puck throw him a look of confusion. "Uh...I have to go to the bathroom," he lied, excusing himself so that he could think, even for just a moment. |

As Puck was hitting Finn, he noticed Finn's facial expression's change. Finn had shot up and said he had to go to the restroom and ran off.... Ok. When Finn stops suddenly and says he has to go to the restroom, that usually means either he's hiding something or he's very uncomfortable. Finn has used that line so much, it was ridiculous. Puck was confused though. What did he do that made Finn uncomfortable? All they were doing was having a playful wrestling session like always. Wait...was it because Puck was bisexual? Did Finn think that Puck was hitting on him? Puck ran to the restroom and saw that no one was in it. He went upstairs and saw Finn on his bed. He walked over to him and sat next to him. "Dude, what was that for?" |

Finn frowned. He hated this. He hated how he felt right now. At how he seemed to judge Puck on the fact that he was bi and some comment of a stupid cheerleader. He wanted to just slam his head unto the door for acting so stupid. "Nothing much, man. Just suddenly felt bad..." he stared at the floor, unable to look Puck in the face. |

Finn was lying down on his bed, staring at the empty ceiling, just thinking to himself. He still couldn't believe what happened yesterday. He still didn't want to believe what Quinn said was true, like he was still hoping to wake up from this really bad dream that he was in. But it didn't happen. He was still here, right where he last checked, mourning over the whole situation. He didn't even know how to feel. He kept himself locked in his room, ignoring the knocks of his mom. What would telling his mom do? Nothing. Finn bit on his lip, furrowing his eyebrows as he did. He was mad because he was betrayed. By the two people he trusted most. By the fact that they had all these opportunities to tell him the truth, but they didn't. They just toyed with him, like some kind of stupid wind-up doll waiting to be wound up again. He thought about Quinn, and how much he really cared for her. About how he was willing to sacrifice everything for her, just so they could raise the baby together. Raise a baby that she said was his. Perhaps it was his fault. For telling Quinn he wanted to keep the baby. But was it so bad to want to start a family with her? "i just think it be best for the baby. do you honestly want to keep it" Quinn looked at him. Finn stopped, surprised that Quinn actually wanted his opinion on this. "Honestly, yeah. I know we'll make great parents. We'd teach our kid how to sing and dance, we'll make her watch Star Wars, all that family stuff." Quinn looked at him and nodded "Can you Promise me something??" Quinn asked Finn responded with a questioning look, but then smiled, "What is it?" "please don't make her watch star wars" Quinn teased It didn't matter. She lied. "Mine? But...how? We never..." Quinn nodded "yeah yours...hot tub something in the water makes the sperm..." she says He kicked the air, biting his fingers as he did, trying to keep himself from losing all sense of composure. Trying to keep his mind off of Quinn didn't work either, because when it wasn't Quinn he was thinking about, it was Puck. Some best friend. They've known each other since they were kids, and this is what he ends up doing? Stabbing him in the back? Showing some kind of friendship loyalty by sleeping around with his girlfriend? Finn knew that Puck pulled this sort of crap, but he just figured he'd be exempt from it. How wrong he was. Finn returned the unexpected hug that came from his best friend. He wanted to tell him to calm down. Puck was palpitating, and all that panicking was making Finn quite uncomfortable as well. Then, without warning, Puck told him words that he never ever expected to come from him "Finn, I'm.....I'm.....I'm bisexual," Puck uttered. Finn stared at him as tears streaked down his face, his knees giving up on him. Finn just reached out his hand and pulled him up. "That's it? Don't even think you can get rid of me that easily! Of course, I'm still your best friend!" He was quite uncomfortable with the whole thing, but Puck came to him honestly. He had to respect that. And he had to respect the fact that he trusted a very important secret of his to Finn. And besides, all the shock had already come to Finn when they were still at the party. Finn gave him a hug, making sure it was one of those manly ones to evade any stares the others might throw at them. "You think this was going to ruin our friendship? Get real, man." What friendship? It was all a lie to him. There was never a friendship. If there was, Puck never would have touched Quinn; Puck would have just been honest with him and told him the truth. He shook his head, laughing bitterly, remembering how Puck had recently gotten mad at him for acting all weird, partially because he was bisexual, remembering how he wouldn't even talk to him making a stupid error in judgment. It felt like the greatest form of betrayal. Puck looked at Finn with rage in his eyes. He was livid and didn't care about anyone at the moment. "Dude. You don't get it. Even though you say you're sorry, nothing gonna change. You're still gonna be intimidated and scared of people like me. I'm your best friend, Finn, and that fact that you did that honestly makes me rethink our friendship. Friends...no...brothers don't treat each other like that. The bottom line is no matter what happens, I'm still gonna be bisexual, Finn. I'm still gonna like girls AND guys. Either deal with it or get lost." Flashbacks of his most recent conversation with Puck played in his head over and over again, only making him more furious at how much of a hypocrite Puck was. All he could muster was a bitter scoff, hoping that he wouldn't have to see Quinn and Puck in the next few days. Finn stuffed a pillow over his face trying not to think about anything. But he couldn't. He lay awake for a couple more hours, before his body gave in to the sleep it so badly needed. Edited by Finn Hudson, Aug 18 2010, 03:17 AM.

Rachel stood outside Finn's bedroom door nervously, holding a tiny basket, having been let in by Mrs Hudson. She, like everyone else at McKinley, had heard about what happened at the sleepover; that Quinn had been lying to Finn all along, and that Puck was actually her baby's father. It was quite the shock, even for her; she dreaded to think what state Finn would be in right now. In fact, she hadn't expected to get this far (although something told her that she'd be leaving without getting the chance to speak to Finn). But he had text her, asking to talk. And here she was. She was truly worried about him right now, and she just wanted to make sure that he was ok. He was a good friend to her, after all, he had been the one to comfort her when she confessed to being bullied by that girl from Carmel. It was only right that she'd want to be there for him. She raised her hand, and gently knocked on the door. "Finn? It's Rachel", she said softly, hoping he didn't shut her out completely. |

Finn opened his eyes at the sound of a knock at his door. He had already been awake a couple of hours before but he just couldn't find the strength to actually get up. There was no point anymore, anyways. Finn was already ready to just ignore whoever it was at the door until he heard that it was Rachel. Finn didn't want Rachel to see him like this, and thought about just pretending to be asleep, but then he remembered that he had sent her a message. He sat up on his bed, rubbing his eyes and wiping his face with a towel before heading to the door. He swung it open and saw Rachel standing in front of him, holding a small basket in her hands. He smiled at her weakly, before moving his eyes to his feet, saying nothing as he did so. |
