I like men.

...Art thou a man? Thy form cries out thou art...
[ --Friar Lawrence, III iii.108-9, Romeo and Juliet]

I got inspired after watching some motion typography videos on youtube, so here's some typography without the motion. C: This is Act 3, Scene 3, lines 108-134 spoken by Friar Lawrence, in Romeo and Juliet. This is a wallpaper for myself, hence all the whitespace on the side.

So this is just a typography practice of mine, done in Photoshop CS4, everything is from scratch except for the background. For the background I used a texture: http://www.flickr.com/photos/bittbox/2118263359/sizes/o/ So still no brushes used. In fact, no brushes were used all, not even downloaded brushes. The blood splatters were done with a technique that this guy taught me in computers class one day.

I'm also long overdue for that paper texture tutorial I should make (even though I didn't use that technique here) I guess I could do both tuts together. Bloodstained paper.
