there was a recent electrical fault n i acquired the hotline for electrical faults. Getting the number from ghtelecom was impressive and quick. when i got thru to the electrical fault though they couldnt give any specific reason as to why there was a fault, the guy that answered was extremely nice and reassuring that the fault will be resolved as soon as possible. We ghanaians are finally realizing the importance of customer service. Good JOb to those behind the hotline desk.

That is good to hear.. I wouldn't be counting my chickens this soon though, I think we still have a long way to go. But with Vodafone in control of ghanatelecom, I hope the customer service will come up to international levels soon.
