Seeing as how this is my first 'y helo thar financial information' post, I may as well try to produce figures for what may be the only country on earth that doesn't bother with them: the Vatican. I borrowed the GDPpC figure from the city of Rome, took fairly limited (if consistent) growth rates to reflect the fact that tourism doesn't really disappear here, and added a modest population increase (+2% over 6 years, truncated). GDP figures are a running total (ie, 30400 * 1.01 * 1.02 * 1.02 ...) without clearing decimals, so they might be slightly different from any figures input by someone else. Year: Population / GDP per Capita (Nominal) 2009: 826 / $30,400 2010: 828 / $30,704 (+1%) 2011: 831 / $31,318 (+2%) 2012: 837 / $31,944 (+2%) 2013: 840 / $32,903 (+3%) 2014: 841 / $33,560 (+2%) 2015: 842 / $33,896 (+1%) Which gives me a GDP figure of $28,540,432. Net increase of 3,430,032 over 6 years (avg. 571,672/year). pre-game public finances: revenues: $371.97 million (2007) expenditures: $386.27 million (2007) Guesstimations of +1% income into 2008 and again into 2009 gives us: revenues: $412.89 million expenditures: $428.76 million. Now I get to go balance the stupid budget. This is what happens when you have an economy dominated by old people. =\ Edited by Holy See, 24th November 2009 - 07:43 AM.
