Who do you find to be somewhat of an underdog in Pokemon? As in maybe a sweeper or perhaps a wall that isn't really used, but can be very useful? |

There's so many different options there. Boost up Tyranitar's HP & Defense, combined with it's naturally high attack power and you have a pretty decent Pokemon. Its speed isn't the greatest, but it has above average Special Attack & Special Defense. Sandstorm can do some nice damage fairly quick also. |

Rampardos would be one. His attack is naturally near-uber, so doing the same to him as you suggested with Tyranitar, and it makes a decent physical wall. |

Not bad. Their HP, ATTACK, and SPEED stats are normally equal. But Tyranitar has the upper-hand with Defence, Special Attack, & Special Defense stats all being higher. The type differences may give some difference between the two; as Tyranitar is a Dark-Rock type Pokemon & Rampardos is Rock. It would be an interesting match up to have them verse each other; although I'm not that familiar with their capable movesets, which is what would determine the end results. |

Well, both can SD, and since T-tar has a 4times weakness, rampardos would only need a couple good shots, while t-tar may need a bit more. T=tar has the higher defense (120 vs 60), but rampardos has a higher attack (165 vs 120). If I had exact stats, I could give you the dmg range for each to attack with no stats ailments or buffs. |

Most people doubt that Gardevoir can be good (like the person who I'm going to own soon with) but I've found it as a really strong pokémon. As for the Tyranatar/Rampardos disscusion, I think that Rampardos is more of an underdog (I don't have D/P so not sure of it's usage). It seems like a strong pokémon but one that no one uses (from my experience on Battle Rev). |
