It won PC Game of the Year for 2003 and and is the greatest RTS game I've ever played and surly one of the best all-time. The game came out in 2003 yet I find that the graphics are still rather good. While they're not on par with modern graphics they're still nice and easy to look at. Right now you can get it new off of amazon.com for $10. I highly recommend you buy it.
