I would love to see a Diablo MMORPG. Normally I would cast this aside but similar rumors started popping up a while back and then it wasn't long before Starcraft 2 was announced, so we'll just have to wait and see.

Im not sure what the result would be, Anyone remember Starcraft Ghost? Looked like it was shaping up nice but it got botched mid production.
I would much rather D3 though. That would be indescribably sick.

o0o... That would be interesting. I would love to play that. But idk how it would work out. If you think about it Diablo is basically an MMO the only element it lacks is the large central area where tons and tons of people gather. But an updated Diablo in a more MMORPG format, would be awesome. I think they should make the characters looser like they do in titan quests kinda where you just start off and then pick a skill tree. I'd love to see like 20 different skill trees and stuff. It has potential to be so epic.

WoW is their main income so their focusing everything on it and the new WoTLk(Wrath Of the Lich King) Expansion. They should back off WoW for a while and focus ob creating a D3.

The thing is the original team is gone now so they'd kinda have to really pool in talent because there's no way they could make some crap game and pass it off as D3. I think Diablo fans know what Diablo is, and if they can't match the same winning formula it won't appeal to them.

But idk if I want a bunch of fanboys to be controlling any aspects of the game. *super nerdy voice* (Weavel voice) "Give her more cleavage... nope... more... more..." "If I give her anymore she'll be nude..." "Now your getting it."

That would be awesome I doubt it would work. Because if Blizzard was depending on fans for ideas in the first place they're screwed. Second, the amount of time and effort that would take, to sort through, read, analyze, and maybe discuss/implement ideas would be astronomical. They should have started after D2 was released if they wanted to that. Now assuming there smart and already have things more or less planned out suddenly trying to implement fan ideas would be difficult. Then there's always the legal thing, yeah this is my idea. Just because I told you doesn't mean you can use it.
