Is this post just a move over of the old reviews? Or can we add new reviews to it?
This is just a port of the older reviews. I plan on setting up some type of reviews mechanism and such latter though. So if you want to go ahead and write em, and we'll see the best way to kinda implement them into the forums.
Can't we just start a reviews thread? Or do you not want it to be that simple?
I suppose you could, but I'd kinda hoped to get the newsletter going again later. It was basically like a e-mail sent out that included stuff like release dates, reviews, previews, walkthroughs, special content, ect...

So what I had been thinking was to have the reviews in the newsletter and then post them the next one went out kinda like an archive. I was also wondering if I should just have people post em then package the best ones in the newsletter, or the most relevant or what not.

I'd also wondering about how to due the review process just a general you go it yourself thing or if I should re-use the scale from Nintendo Castle or implement a new one.

But if you want to start a review thread, it's not like I]m going to stop you.
I think the old scale from the old forum would work good. The newsletter sounds like a good idea though.
We should expand the forum more, its nice to have a private little community but it would be cool if we had more people.
Yeah, I actually think we need more people as of now. We haven't reached a point where like 3 of us could go on vacation for like 3 days pop back in and have everything pick up where it left off. If that happened then for those 3 days the forums would crawl.

I definitely plan to expand the site. That's where the creation of a website comes in a bit further down the road, Smug is tooling up some of the HTML stuff now.

We could also start doing a blog again, tracking like news on the various systems. This I've thought about, the debate I have is weather to find a way to use the built in system or to make a separate one on a place like blogspot.

Also in addition to getting to the news letter, I was thinking of a Youtube group or what not to upload gameplay/game/trailers and such.

With more people in the future a podcast wouldn't be so much out of the question either.

New avatar I see? Another Final Fantasy person?
All that sounds great Josh. Yeah Its Squall Lionheart from FFVIII. The other one was too. Just was to small.

FF is great. You like it at all?
My only FF experience is playing like half way through FFX10. All and all I was kinda disappointed with FFX10. I didn't enjoy the battles as much as I'd hoped, like how I did in games like Golden Sun and stuff. But the story, voice acting, and characters are all good. I really don't like the sphere grid that much either. It kind of poses as giving you lots of choices but in a sense it doesn't that much. I think a big skill tree would have served better and then just distribute attributes as you want.
Aw really? I enjoyed FFX a lot.

My favorites are

FFVIII
FFX
FFVIIII

Check them out if you ever feel like giving FF another chance (Excluding X of course)
I said it was somewhat of a disappointment, never said I didn't like it. I do like it, I just think it's overrated and I don't like it as much as I thought I would. From what I've been through I'd say I'd give it like an 8 to an 8.5. The next FF game I would try would be 12 though.
I rented it a while back, i was upset that the game basically played itself and was no longer turn based. So i never gave it much of a chance. I want to try again soon, see if i like it better the second time around.
Traditionally I tend to like turn-based RPGs a lot. But I just didn't care for that of FFX. I think part is due to the way the sphere grid works. Also I don't like the menu layout at all, I also think it looks kinda ugly. I guess a prefer the more traditional turn based RPGs.
