Hell yea, I would work 60 yrs. for 102 mil. But then, I would be too old to do anything good with it... Man, xfire could be soo 1337! (Not that it isn't.)

On the other hand tho big company could = way more people so like more servers, more room for stuff, more videos and pictures for everyone. And hopefully a much bigger dev team so we can get like weekly updates. More functions, ect...

I don't think they'll make us pay though. I suspect with the large and growing user base they'll use it as an advertising outlet.
