To me what always kinda dampers it is that fact you know it's a 1 hour show. So if 30 mins in he thinks he's got the cure, well you know he doesn't; or something else will go wrong or something.

I think they casted House perfectly, I can't imagine anyone else playing him. The thing is I think House is like 1/2 lucky and 1/2 really skilled. I think at least one of the patients died before, right?
