Now is ZetaBoards a site that anyone can make their own forum or did you construct it?

Now is ZetaBoards a site that anyone can make their own forum or did you construct it? The first one. You can also have multiple forums on one e-mail. I think the limits are like 1 board per day, but that's what they used to be for invisionfree. Zetaboards is the updated software of Invisionfree.
