Posts: 133 Group: Members Member #6 Joined: Jan 18, 2008 Xfire User Name sbfjawa	COMPLETLEY DIFFERANT. it takes place in the same world as the Giver, but in the more realistic place that Jonas discovered on the sled at the end of the Giver. The main charecter of the second book is Kira, and a minor charecter from the second on named Matthew is the main charecter of the third book. jonas appears in the third book, his name is "leader" though, you can only tell it's him because it is mentioned he arrived by sled and the sled is preserved in a meusam. They dont tell you what happned to Gabrial, he must have died....
