This is a poll I thought I'd make, looking at the huge amounts of players that have ever been active at all throughout all the seasons. If I have forgotten someone, please let me know, as I have tried to put in every single player that has ever played, even if it was not for long. EDIT: Arggghhh I missed out Turncloak - and I'm not sure how to put it in. Any help admins? Edited by The Maester, Oct 20 2008, 06:00 PM.

I've only played one season, so will only vote based on the players active during that season. I viewed Athidoc as a particularly good adversary, equally adept at Big Picture Strategy, Individual Battle Strategy and Interesting Role Playing, so he gets my vote. I was tempted to vote for Gunz though, as he's the one who made all of this happen. |

Bathos is my choice. He was my favorite adversary first season... second season was all about the bank, and I didn't play third season (although I liked watching White Bull and Athidoc) If you go to season 1: http://s15.zetaboards.com/TheGameofThrones/index/ then you can see his storyline in Diplomacy or the Battlefield. It was a ton of fun to read, and I would have been scared shitless to go up against him if we hadn't allied. Edited by Acheron, Oct 20 2008, 06:44 PM.

This was a difficult one. I decided to follow the trend and go with favorite adversary, which went to Bathos. Our battles at the Bloody Gate season one were pretty awesome, and the parlay we had via PM was alot of fun. |

I had to pick the White Bull. Though I've been in alliances with Athidoc and admired his strategy, The White Bull comes across as my favorite player by a hairsbreadth. This is mostly due to the fact that he flipped the tables with Sunviper so fast that I got to the end of the season out of pure luck. I was making a plan to strike at Sunviper's back with his aid, and one day, I get on and find a nice amount of troops from Oldtown sitting at my front gate. Another reason is that I got my first actual pvp (bout time) from him when I had to fight off his Unsullied and Knight's attacks (thank you Chugman). Finally, I really enjoyed reading his sections in the World of Westeros, and I liked how he managed to explain the loss at Sunspear. |

I actually had to go with The White Bull. I would have gone with Athidoc or Bathos, but I believe that White Bull did a great job both on and off the battlefield. But then, it may be because Bathos wasn’t there as a comparison, and unfortunately it seems unlikely (Unless there’s a battle at the Trident) that those two players will be pitted against one another. In short, I think TWB did a great job in his first season. |

Ok my vote was supposed to go to The Hightower, but I accidentally voted for Athidoc (possibly something subconscious). Anyway, The Hightower never really got to show off his roleplaying in the first season - but he simply gets my vote through the way that he, in both the first and second season, managed to "understand" the game better than any of us. He was always the one able to most effectively exploit the loopholes of the game, and make the most of all the opportunities presented to him. He is yet to be defeated in a battle. |

Mine went to Bathos mainly because in the first season he had the balls to declare him self king.(Him making me his hand in that season didn't have any effect on my vote...yup none at all )

Thanks Bathos, I had been hoping to put more time into the RP but I did like the few "Oldtown" posts farther back in Diplomacy (3rd page?) Also, I loved playing Baelor but never got the chance to put him into a pvp battle. While I might be undefeated in battle, this is mostly because I haven't done much of it (other than npc's, which used to be easy as pie). My favorite thing was always the strategy/diplomacy aspect of the game. Athidoc is a mind controlling witch. We don't like witches up in hur, up in hur Edited by Acheron, Oct 20 2008, 11:28 PM.
