The following template should be used when purchasing battalions.

Capital Purchasing From: What capital you are purchasing from (only relevant if you have conquered another player's capital or one of the seven NPC capitals)
Battalions: What battalions you're purchasing, as well as the number
Total Cost: The sum of the cost of every battalion you're purchasing
