IF you want a manor for your family, FIRST read and Understand the requirements for requesting a manor. --If your family has yet to be approved on this forum, your manor will NOT be made, and the request may be auto-denied before you even get the chance to have your family approved. --If your request can not be read or we cannot understand what you are saying, the likelihood of your manor being made are slim to none at best. Suggestion; **double check that your family is approved First. **Then, before posting your request, ensure that the color is either the default color, or is at least readable on the forum background color. **Next, do a spelling, grammar, and punctuation check to ensure that those reading the post can actually understand what you are saying and won't have to re-read several times just to comprehend sentence fragments, misspelled words, etc. . Also, please ensure you include all the necessary information for your manor. This means including all player-keys that are used for the family. Any unlisted player-keys will not be given a manor-key if requesting one through the real estate NPC. Please. Thank you. And, as always, Take Care. |

| Imo families should not just be approved via story but also used ingame... some people make a family story just for their own house which is not what is needed with all the free houses around already. Just a lil piece of my mind. Also, thx Sync&Lilla for my epic manor!!! xD |

Whether a family is approved or not does not mean they'll get a manor right away. Take, for example, how long it took to get your manor in, Xio. There are more than one criterion for the time period during which the mapping and coding of the manors take place. One is the family approval, of course. Another is when the family is approved and when the request for a manor is made. The activity of families and the family members is also taken into consideration, as well as the sincerity and clarity of each post, etc. . Therefore, odds are, if you're (general person reading this) not serious about the family and the effort it takes to maintain one, we won't be serious about or put too much effort into making a manor for it. It's as simple as that. P.S. Motivation to actually do it also helps... Edited by Lilla, Nov 28 2010, 10:17 AM.
