I'll try to sum this up rather then drag it out completely. Just getting the base idea down. Training, 100% gone. Rather then spending only God knows how long training, on creation everyone starts with capped stats of class 1. W/e they may be according to uniques and race.

To get up a class, you must RP. An RPM can promote you if deemed good enough. Class 1-3 will be fairly leniant. But 4 and 5 requirements become much higher and only really good RPers get it. Each class will raise stats to the max of that class. Max being stats right before the next class.

Need class 5 for ranks as of now. This will cut down on training and promote more RPing rather then everyone clinging to an orb and stabbing it. Restricts the ammount of High Levels and Upper Levels aswell. For PP I am not sure what to do that. Perhaps for Evil races start them out with 50 or so. Then each promotion they get a little more. Able to save for better powers or use right off.

RPMs MUST be competent and active though. We need ones able to judge RP accordingly, and not have Class 4s and 5s throwing one liners for attacks and all. And Perhaps have a demotion verb aswell if someone is wrongly promoted. Aswell as keeping a seperate staff log strictly for promotions. Thus they can be tracked if an RPM is failing.

I agree. And, this would tie well into the suggestion I had on getting powers at Upper level.

With the current PP system, you would need leveling. Thus this idea kills that and PP would be ungainable left in it's current state.
