RPM Posts: 39 Group: RPM Member #40 Joined: Mar 4, 2009	Now, I am just sitting here in purgatory, being bored as hell, and I can't resurrect cause I don't go to the death spawn. So, I thought I'd try to think of things barbus did in the show, and try to find some new powers for the Demon Of Fear, and this is what I came up with. Now, remember, all of these powers listed below, the Demon of Fears intelligence must be higher than the persons. Manifestation - the ability to appear in spirit form- The description says it all. The Demon Of Fear should be able to use this power even while in purgatory, though there would have to be some restrictions to it. I suggest it takes energy up for every step, just like astral does. Telepathic Suggestion - the ability to astral project unseen to a location and plant irresistible commands into another person's mind, making it seem as if their actions came from their own ideas and intentions instead of the intentions of others. It can also be used to create illusions if desired- This is a Remote Fear type thing. You can be anywhere and project yourself to someone and install fear into them, Though this power wouldn't work from purgatory. Persuasion – The ability to convince another person or cause them to do something, Barbas can be seen using this power.- You would have to be near a person to do this. You can pretty much get someone to do what ever you wish. Summoning someone, reviving someone, killing someone, anything.

Telepathic Suggestion sounds good, but, I would say that you cant kill them longrange by doing that. XD Persuasion sounds fine too- it's more RPly then anything. Also, I think Shapeshift in General, or just the DoF, should be able to shapeshift and shapeshift other. Only, make it so only 1 person can see the shapeshift. Like.. Barbas made it so Paige looked like him so Phoebe would attack, but Paige had no idea what was going on. Something like that. Of course- the only reason Barbas could even do that is because Phoebe's fear was losing a sister. So it's assumed that it wouldn't work on everyone. >__<

Although i agree that it would be an improvement to it. Which reminds me to do some bug testing in astral and getting killed.

But all the other times someone was Astral-ed they arnt seen using there powers. Ex:COs with Zancou, Liberian at Magic School when she was held captive, The Time where prue/piper/phoebe were in the hospital for that deise. The only time I recall prue using powers in astral was when she was an empath. Cause even when that girl from P3 made prue blind her astral could see but no powers.
