I think anyone should be able to enter the caves. Seeing as how the only two active RPMs are Vampiric Lords this time around... Its rather difficult to get a RP with a RPM in otherwise. Also, seeing as how the main ranks are Vampires and Werewolves as of yet, and no one else seems to be getting anything important... It makes logical sense that people would go in there more often. There is more activity.
