I got a far out theory..
over the summer..
should I start working out and making myself just a better person overall?
I don't mean go like all buff.. but possibly.
I just mean.. work out enough to be able to..

Pick up a person off the ground with ease. I can now but it is still a little tough.
Run a mile in 6 minutes.

just stuff that I believe is "physically fit"
so... should I do it?

If I do. I will most likely stop going on GMS. and only come like 3 times a month..

If you want to devote your time to that, then you should go for it.

I'd say yes. Physical exercise is important. Posting on a dead (or VERY inactive...) forum won't help you in the world.
I'm going to be serving a two year Mission for

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints

in Texas in both English and American Sign Language

Working out is great. I have developed a strategy that allows me to ad about five pounds a week to all of my exercises. Working out really doesn't take that much time, I work out once a week and it only takes like half an hour. When I first started doing my strategy a few months ago I could only bench press 50 pounds but now I can do 80, definitely worth it.

Getting enough exercise is a really good way to avoid depression and stay healthy, working out is always a good idea when done safely.
I recently had gender reassignment surgery. Feel free to ask me about it, Im not shy. ;)
