actually, it's absolutley true that i give up. because we dont even agree on the definition of the word. we have no frame of reference to debate. you've proven nothing whatsoever, and im not going to bother to try because we are essentially speaking differnt languages.

robert, you clearly dont understand how disscusions work. for you to communicate with someone, you must first establish a frame of reference. this is called the "handshake'. ever heard an old fax machine squealing as it recieves a message? that's teh fax machine talking ot whatever device it is receiving instructions from, to assure they are speaking the same language. that's called the handshake.

ever seen close encounters? where both the humans and the aleins play that 5-note sequence with variations until they can understand each other's math? that's also called the handshake.

ever seen someone who is speaking a language you dont nuderstand, and asked them, do you speak english? that is also the handshake.


now. you and i have entirely different definitions of the word socialism. it's not jsut a difference of opinion about how it works, we have two entirley separate definitions of what it is. it's like we are sitting at opposite ends of the country, attempting to classify a fruit, when im holding an apple and you're holding an orange.

im not gonig to waste my time trying to convince you of the validity of my opinions related to A to convince you that you are wrong about your opinions on B. there's no frame of reference.
