i love it.... tho it's not even close to socialist enough for my tastes. becauew it isn't socialist at all. in my opinion, the health care bill is most equivalent to the law that you have to wear a seatbelt. it doesn't effect much and the people who are most dangerous to begin with are going to ignore it. |

I still fail to see why there's controversy with this. I genuinely see no solid downsides. Yes, waiting times increase. Quite a bit. But so many more people get treatment, it's not really a downside. |

that's if it created an NHS. it doesn't. it mostly does things like requiring that people cannot be denied for preexisting conditions ande such. |

I personal hate it partly because my family can't even benefit from it. So we still have to pay what we already are and then have to pay for Obamacare witch we can't even use. Don't ask me why we can't use it, I don't remember what the reason my dad told me was.

facepalm. the current helthcare bill doesn't do anything more then make rules about how the companies work. it doesn't create any public option. THAT'S why you cant use it. it doesn't exist, lol |

So... It doesn't create an NHS? Even though everything I heard about it from the american news channels that are streamed here suggests that it does? I'm confused... More importantly, I'm glad I'm here and not there. |

i know what's in the bill. it essentially is exactly what it says it is: heal;th care reform. it makes laws to lower prices and such for unemployed americans for short times, it slowly removes the ''denied by preexisting condition" stuff, it has a few law changes.. but no NHS. the clostest thing it has to an NHS is a temporary health fund for people who are between jobs and who have had health insurance in the past. |

Oh, right... Well, it's better than what you had before. An NHS would be the best way to go, though. |
