Here's a transcription of a small blurb on page 13 of this months issue of Gameinformer. Any typos are probably mine.

Silicon Knights has been ordered by a court to recall and destroy all unsold copies of its games using Epic's Unreal Engine 3, like Too Human and X-Men: Destiny, as well as remove and destroy Epic's technology from its game engines. But that's not all; Silicon Knights has also been ordered to pay an additional $4.5 million to Epic in damages. Previously Silicon Knights lost its legal battle with Epic Games over the use of the engine. Feel free to send your own copies of Silicon's games back if you'd like to send them on to a better place.
