From the same guy who directed Police Academy and (from research) World's Greatest Dad, it's...well, just watch the trailer :P

NSFW for a little language and much violence

"Why have a civilization if we're no longer interested in being civilized?"

There's some really fun moral issues at stake. It was usually "This person is cruel, but does he/she deserve death?", but the film turns it around into "These people are detriments to society. Should they continue being so?" I know I've wanted to do this once or twice, but this guy's got nothing to lose.

Also, if you do see this in theaters, turn off your phone.

Looks interesting. And kind of reflects much of what I feel about our current society. People are willing to be complete assholes because they don't believe there will be any repercussions.

I can't remember if it was a movie or a book, but I remember a premise where in a modern society everyone had the right to openly carry side arms and social transgressors could be called out on the spot. If someone was not wearing a gun then they could not be called out but had to be perfectly nice to anyone who did or they could be taken to jail. So you had the choice of receiving full social rights along with the requisite responsibilities and consequences, or you could live perfectly safe but have to suck up to those willing to face the consequences for their actions. I'm not saying I'm a proponent of such a system but it does have some merits.

Totally unrelated except I found it because of your link....

The Muppets comment on Fox News

It's funny.
