I can't remember what thread I was commenting on this before.

Last week ended up being a rest week unintentionally. All my spare hours were spent working on that stupid midterm assignment, and I would remember that I hadn't done a workout sometime around 11 o'clock, usually as I was crawling into bed mentally exhausted.

This week I jumped back in and resumed where I'd left off. Only, for some reason, in the week off I became weak. Actually, it's probably because my diet was atrocious during the off-week. When I'm studying, I frequently forget to eat. And with three days off devoted to homework, I ate almost nothing at all. So when I jumped back into the P90X on Monday night, my body didn't have any fuel to burn.

Well, the short of it is, I'm really, really sore! I hurt almost as much as the first week when we started initially. But it's a great feeling sore. And the good news is, my hunger is revved back up and I'm back on the diet plan and eating enough.

And the coolest part is, I'll have a wicked manly mustache in my post-P90X photo. Only two more weeks of workouts, and a two week rest before the final strength test until I'm done!

In my case, after the short break I will start over and do it all again until I'm a sleek and fit athletic machine. Only this time, I plan to use the athletic bands instead of weights and the chin up bar, for variety's sake.

If you could catch me! I c4n d0 ply0m3trix, dud3!

Edit: Unfortunately, my day off on Sunday resulted in my body thinking this was a great time to get sick. I got home last night and instead of working out I slept from 6pm to 8 am this morning. I feel better, but am still a little tired. I'll probably get an early bed tonight again, and then embark on the final week from Wednesday.

You use haxxor lolcats typing crap again and the next time the poison will kill you instead of merely making you sick.

Despite the protests of my weak and flimsy body I managed drag my sorry ass out of bed early enough to string together a week of workouts over the holidays. I have 29 days until my trip and I am going to make them count!
