Anyone seen the Richard Donner cut of Superman 2? He had filmed it consecutively with the original movie but because of unstated differences and supposedly the producers not wanting to pay millions of dollars to Marlon Brando for his continued performance as Jor-El.

I enjoyed Donner's original vision as he explored the more human side of Superman with his almost peevish response to Jor-El's statement that he would be abandoning the humans who needed him for his own selfish wants to which he asked hadn't he given the world enough? I do understand that in 1980 Richard Lester's version probably received a more favorable reaction from viewers than Donner's. If you're a fan of the Superman movies you really should see this.
