Does anyone have ideas on eliminating joint and muscle pain? I thought my body would adapt but if anything I hurt more now than when I started working at Wallie World almost 8 weeks ago. I'm sure a lot of my problem is caused by my bad leg but my hands, elbows and shoulders also hurt from handling brooms, etc... all night. |

I've heard that bathing in the blood of virgins is popular among a certain set. |

Do they have to be female or does either gender work? If either then the supply is larger. |

I think tradition calls for female, but that might only be because it's easier to verify, in theory. |

You just have to drain 'em while they're still very young. |

Basically...rest. You're doing repetitive physical labour that your body isn't accustomed to and for longer periods than your body is used to, and if the soreness is lingering, it's because your body isn't fully recovering between sessions. You could probably Coke an advil to reduce some inflammation, but ultimately you're body will need rest to recover. |

There is an OTC medicine to give relief that my uncle says he uses to great effect. However, no matter how I attempt to spell out his pronunciation in Google, nothing comes up so I don't want to have you guessing what to look for. I'll try to see if I can come up with it but Lance is spot on. Nothing actually helps joints but rest. Medicine is just giving relief which may be what you want for the short term. |

Rest? What's that? They don't even give me contiguous days off. And last night the assistant manager decided I should run the scrubber through the receiving areas instead of the floor crew who has always done it. He based this decision on one person rushing through cleaning the bathrooms on a night when the day crew had actually done their job which is not typical. And I guarantee you the rooms weren't as clean as when I'm done with them. I told him I'd try but I wouldn't guarantee I could do it. Turned out the bathrooms were even worse than usual so I was running late. Needless to say the back rooms got scrubbed by the guy who usually does it and will continue to be done by him. Funny part is that the scrubber knew I wouldn't be getting around to it and said he'd do it like normal. Sometimes management is so stupid. |
