I'm well aware this topic was brought up already though I have a different way of contributing to it. I actually believe the slowing down effect is good, though the amount of the opponent's speed that has been lowered should depend on the int of the user. If a person has 300 int while using fear genjutsu on a tai user who usually don't have much int at all their speed should be lowered drastically, instead of how it currently it is it should be similar to the effects of MP. From what i've seen is, no matter the amount of int difference there is between the two people, the genjutsu will have the exact same effect on the opponent's speed. That should be changed. In the animation, I believe sasuke was moving, but slightly he barley could shift his fingers yet alone do techniques, eventually be managed to break out of it being an Uchiha. This is where a boost for Uchiha can come in, he being an Uchiha it should be easy for him but obviously at that time of the story orochimaru's int was far beyond his. This case should be applied to the game. Thank you.
