Howdy everybody! And welcome to the new GCH Forums! This forum is a nifty place where all of us in Goshen County Homeschoolers can get together and talk about things. All from the comfort of our computer chairs, without the need to even see one another! Isn't technology wonderful? Anyway, for those of you who have never used a forum before, don't worry. It's easy. All forums are divided into certain sections, which are further divided into "threads". Threads are like conversations - they are strings of posts (messages) by different members. Right now you're looking at my post in the "Welcome!" thread. If there were other posts in this thread, they would be below this one (because this one is the first). Once you're a member here, you can start new threads, or post in ones that are already here. Just look for the buttons that say "reply" or "new topic". That's pretty much all you need to know for now. You're smart - you can figure it out. The first thing you have to do is register as a member. Click here and fill out the form. Remember, this is still the Internet, so you may or may not want to divulge your full name. Pay attention to what you put in the username and password fields - that's what you'll use to log into the forums next time. If you have any questions, post in the Pester the Webmaster section or email me at seth762@netcommander.com. Once you're done registering, go to the Watercooler section and say hi in the "Member Intros" thread. Next, have your kids/parents register and say hi too - remember, this is for ALL group members!
