There isn't a way to see how many have been here recently. Most posts are from at least a year ago... I will tell a bit about myself anyway (in case anyone is still out there): My name is Blossom and we moved to Torrington from Irrigon, OR in December of 2008. I am the mother of Colleen and Jeffery. I am attending college fulltime (distance program) to get my AA degree this June fingers crossed. There are many many things I enjoy but lack the time usually to actually enjoy them. Reading is the biggest interest I have but after all the books I have to read for classes, I really don't want to pick up a book just for fun. I hope that changes after I graduate... I enjoy gardening, sewing, drawing, cooking ... all of these things are an enjoyment, none of them I am particularly gifted at I am going to start 'officially' homeschooling in the Fall (2009) because I just cannot stand the school system any longer and I am missing out so much on my children's lives (and they are missing out on so many opportunities because they are held back while in school). So that is a little bit about me. I really hope that there are active 'members' out there. I would love to get in touch with other homeschoolers in the area. Blossom
