Shishio pointed out to me in Fusion Bar v1 that the terms of use stated that I can't post anything related to porn. So, since we had an entire porn forum, I had to delete it so I wouldn't get tracked down by the government. So technically I never got into any trouble, I just wanted to prevent it.

Case closed.
