Have you seen the movie already?... well... I'm Peruvian and let me tell you it has sooooooooooo many mistakes...

1st.- Pancho Villa speaking in Quechua? (The language of the Incas), Pancho Villa is the hero of the Mexican Revolution, wtf does he has to do here in Peru? O_o, and speaking Quechua?

2nd.- There are Mayan warriors who also speak Quechua in the Peruvian Jungle, a man-eater ants and quicksands fulled place (lies), and huge waterfalls that only exist in Hawai...

3rd.- There is the pyramid of Chichen Itzá in the middle of the Peruvian Jungle, when it really is in México...

4th.- In the movie it appears that Nazca is in the Highlands of Peru when it is really in the Coast and shows the people wearing ponchos and hats, in a place where is so hot most of the time of the year...

5th.- They say that the Nazca Lines are in Cuzco... Nazca is in Ica, Cuzco is next to Puno, so wth... Use this map to know what I'm talking about...

6th.- In a scene of the movie with Jones and Williams it appears that they are in the Nazca's airport... well, there are no airports in Nazca, only a little airdrome that fly over the Nazca Lines...

7th.- In the movie you can listen to the classic "Rancheras" in some scenes... that is typical music yes... BUT NOT FROM PERU, IS FROM MEXICO!!!

8th.- In the movie they say that a Spanish explorer (Francisco de Orellana) died in Nazca... well he died in the Jungle in 1545.

What do you think about all this mistakes, and there are more!

Cya la ^^...

It's directed to little kids (hence all the commercials on Nick) so I don't think it would be all true

if anybody that actually watched that movie puts much stock in how true-to-life it is, they're an idiot that deserves to be let down when they visit cuzco.

Believe me, some people will believe it, specially kids... you know, if they see that information in a movie, they think it is important, and of course, it's true... sad...
