Hey guys, just an idea we had back in the TPMF that never really caught on, mainly due to a lack of members.

We could have a weekly Faction Lottery, providing a little more income for the faction, and a chance to win big

Tickets could be 5k credits each, for that you get to pick any 2 numbers between 1 and 49

You can buy more than one ticket

To buy a Ticket, send the credits to a nominated person, and PM them with your numbers.

On Saturday evening, the UK National Lottery is drawn, the winning number of our lottery will be the Bonus ball that is drawn.

If more than one person picks the winning number, the prize is split.

If no-one picks the right number, it is rolled over to the next week.

The prize fund shall be two thirds of the total money raised, e.g. if 15 tickets are bought, the total raised will be 75k, and the prize will be 50k. The remainder will be paid into the faction bank.

The Results will be sent out in a mass after the draw each week. If you wish, you can check the results yourself at: Lottery Results

Have fun, and Good Luck :D

Im all up for that, its a great idea. just 1 sugestion. insted of the faction keeping 1/3 we make it just 1/4 eg. a deposit. Its will be easy to put 1/4 in to the bank and the winners get more money.

hmmm, i cant actually remember why we went for a third.... and on that note, 1/5th may even be easier, as a deposit is 20% of what you have, and seen as its working in amounts of 5k, it means that for every ticket bought, the faction gets a round 1k.

Another thought i had, which depends on how popular this idea turns out to be, is offering the lvl 150 stims as prizes, and the faction keeping all the credits. As we are currently charging 3fc for the stims, provided we sell at least 14 tickets, the faction still gets that 3fc, just in credit form, which can easily be changed, plus someone gets the stim for 5k.

I know I'm new and shouldn't but in on the higher ups, but I'm a bit of a gambler and like the idea. Who would we send the credits to as the holder?
